I can’t praise Chris highly enough, he and his team did a first class job of stripping out my old bathroom and adjoining small cupboard to make a larger floor space.
Chris was only on site 1 hour when he noticed that my gas boiler had not been given the correct pipe size under the floor. In discussions with the company that fitted my boiler they gave him the go ahead to correct their error. I was more than happy with this.
I have used Chris a few times now & as usual he was there when he said he would be & the job was completed in 5 days instead of 4 as planned due to the extra pipe work involved.
I would recommend Chris to anyone thinking of having any work done, you will not be disappointed in the service he & his team provide. Not only are they very professional but also very easy to work with. Chris does everything he can to advise, carry out the task & he ensured I was happy. Thank you forgiving me a bathroom that far surpassed my expectations.

Chris did a great job of installing a new shower and radiators in our house. He went above and beyond to help us with a couple of extra things and wouldn't hesitate to have him back.

Had new boiler fitted , radiators replaced and the other 2 radiators flushed for elderly parents
Very happy with work done--nothing was a problem and tidied up everything at the end --had slight issue with timer but Chris soon came and fixed it

Hot water cylinder upstairs ruptured and Chris managed to get it out the house without any mess. Replaced boiler with a combi boiler while his colleague removed every single radiator and flushed them outside. Managed to take a very stressful situation and turn it around into a positive one. Communicated with me throughout the job explaining everything. Would not hesitate to use again. Thanks Chris.

So very pleased with Chris's work. My kitchen refit was turning into a nightmare with issues popping up everywhere but Chris managed to sort all the plumbing problems easily in one day. He's a problem solving genius and a really nice guy so get him to help you too! Our boiler just stopped working meaning no heating and no hot water. Chris fitted us in his schedule the same day, got the part and came back to fit it to have us back up and running before the end of the day. We decided to get him back to do our regular services. He explains everything, his communication skills are great and is very professional, reliable, prompt, thorough and leaves a nice tidy job. The service provided is superb and therefore we have not hesitated in recommending him to others.
