Gas boiler and gas fire were both serviced. We have used this company for a number of years and have always received a great service.
The engineers are punctual, friendly and knowledgeable and always clean up after themselves.

We found the thought of replacing our kitchen very daunting. My husband is a Plasterer to trade and in the past we would have tackled the project ourselves but ill health meant this wasn’t possible. After visiting a few well known kitchen companies we came away each time quite deflated, there appeared to be a general lack of interest and rather nonchalant approach. Due to my husbands health we wanted a company who would take the stress out of the situation by providing all trades, alas this doesn’t appear to be the norm, we were finding that we would need to remove & dispose of our old kitchen, arrange trades and generally project manage the replacement but this still came with a large price tag. Then my son told us he had been chatting to his new neighbour who designed kitchens and used 3D VR to show the design - our perfect kitchen story begins….
Michael visited our home and listened intently and patiently to me natter on about the vision in my head. He understood exactly what we wanted and we were delighted that all work would be undertaken by We Love Your Projects own team of tradesmen. Michael designed our kitchen and provided a quotation. My husband and I had already decided we were going ahead before the quote as we both liked Michael’s professional and friendly approach and knowing that absolutely everything would be done in house by We Love Your Projects own team really filled us with confidence and completely removed any stress for us.
Once the design had been put together Michael invited us to experience the 3D design through the VR, this was really like standing in my new kitchen, the vision in my head was becoming a reality.
Our installation date was arranged and the team arrived promptly and began the strip out. Jamie also came and didn’t hold back getting his hands dirty.
Communication was excellent, Antonia kept us up to date and replied promptly to any queries I had, Michael called and popped in to see how things were coming along and all tradesmen kept us updated with how things were coming along.

We Love Your Projects were recommended to us and have provided a first class, high quality personal service. My initial contact was with Jamie, lead person, who met both my husband and I on a number of occasions to discuss what we wanted and what our budget was. Through Jamie’s leadership a design was formulated and developed over a few weeks with draft drawings to support decision making. This included engaging an architect to progress the Building Warrant, to liaising with the Local Authority as well as the Structural Engineer.

Michael greatly assisted us with any amendments we wanted to make, providing updated drawings to us each time. Michael also assisted us in utilising We Love Your Projects virtuality reality software package to envision what the kitchen and dining area would look like when finished – this was extremely helpful. Jamie provided links to various kitchen, worktop and floor suppliers to aid our selection and also identified kitchen appliances which we are very happy with. Antonia was the lynch pin in the office who kept everyone to schedule, ensuring all appointments were kept ,and tradesmen were where they needed to be at the scheduled time.

Once the design was finalised, the job was completed within 4 weeks. Our trust in Jamie, and his team, was such that we decided to go on holiday for the duration of the installation. We received updates, as appropriate, and everything went without a hitch.

Our kitchen and dining room renovation has been beautifully completed by We Love Your Projects. They project managed everything from start to finish, perfectly. The transformation is outstanding and has exceeded our expectations. The kitchen and dining area are more cohesive and provide greater flexibility and functionality for our family. The layout, designed by We Love Your Projects, using their knowledge, expertise and experience, looks like an entirely different and much improved space. We have had a boiler/heating service plan with the company for several years now and have always found them to be efficient when called out. They did their best to keep the old boiler working but, when it finally needed to be replaced, the work was arranged and completed promptly. The experience from beginning to end to end was fantastic , The girls in the office Tracy and Antonia were so helpful and accommodating to the boys who came out to replace our lights and fit a new outside light , whom-were so helpful and polite , carrying out the work quickly and efficiently and were so nice to my little boy whom was full of questions , can’t recommend these guys enough, if you need any work done these guys are the best !!

I had a new boiler fitted, all organised and completed within a week. All work carried out was with the least amount of disruption by the friendliest, most efficient engineers. Small tweeks were required but were organised and sorted out no problem.

Broomhill Hyndland Parish Church, Glasgow, recently commissioned a War Memorial Board. Two churches had merged to create a new church and it was not possible to move the original Hyndland Parish Church Memorial Plaques to the Broomhill Church building, which is now the main place of worship.
The Board was made in Northamptonshire and was sent to Glasgow. We now had to find experts to fix it to the church wall. Having had experience of 'We Love Your Projects' working in my own home I was confident they could meet our need. This was exactly what they did. The board was expertly attached to our church wall, thanks to Mark and George. Jamie had carried out an initial inspection and assured us they could undertake the task. I stress that they required no payment for this work. We are delighted with the results and found all concerned with 'We Love Your Projects' to be highly professional and competent. The value I submitted is notional. No payment was required as I stated above.

I had some lights fitted and the two team members that came to undertake the work were really polite and professional. There was an issue with the fusebox and they worked to ensure that they got to the bottom of it and everything was fixed before they left my property for which I was very grateful.

The team that were out were really helpful and the communications from the office team about the visit before and follow up call was also really great.

We needed a boiler fitted really quickly and we had someone out within 48 hours. Process from start to finish was excellent. From the lady I was dealing with in the office to the gentleman who installed the boiler. They were in at 9am and away for 3pm with no mess. I had a lovely warm house and hot water.

I had a prompt response to my query and the job was fitted in very quickly. The engineers were very friendly and tidy and explained the issues brought up clearly. They went out of their way to try and resolve one of the problems by contacting the supplier themselves.

On one occasion I got someone else to service my fire, what an error that was
just cost me money for job not done properly.
The two engineers who came last week knew exactly what they were doing, unfortunately I had a secondary fault and they would not leave until they found it and repaired it for me .
From your phone call to the end of the job everyone is so pleasant to speak to.
I wouldn’t use anyone else, false economy if you do.

Our two gas fires were serviced on the agreed date with the engineer giving notice of his arrival time.
Thw work was completed professionaly, tidy, and all supporting documentation was forwarded promptly.

Repairs to heating system.
The first engineer to come out unfortunately but understandably misread the problem as being a faulty control panel and admitted the following day that he did not fully understand the system and called on a more senior engineer. Unfortunately another weekend of very cold weather passed before the other engineer came with what proved to be the correct part and the system has worked perfectly since.
Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and apologetic about the delay in fixing the problem and I received a follow up call 2 days after the repair was completed to confirm that all was in order.

WLY Projects serviced my unvented hot water cylinder. I have had the company service my cylinder for the past five years. Very happy with the work, and their communication before and after the service. Can recommend them to anyone who reads this review.

I have boiler cover with this company. Sent an email at 10.30pm with a video of the weird, very loud noises the boiler was making. 8am the next morning I received a call that an engineer would be with me by late morning. Engineer turned up, was pleasant and polite. He quickly found out what the problem was and worked hard at rectifying it for me so that I was with heat again and it was freezing weather.

I’ve been using We Love Your Projects for both electricity and home repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide.

Required our cistern to be fixed. Plumber arrived on time. The plumber was experienced, friendly and approachable. Problem was solved.

I have used We Love Your Projects a couple of times now. The first was to change my consumer unit which after been given the options available. I scheduled the work and the guys undertook the work in a timely and professional manner. Due to this I contacted them again about a small electrical fault with a socket, which I thought was something more serious but actually turned out to be fairly minor. This is my go to company. They have completed serious renovations for me - ranging from new boiler to new kitchen and bathrooms. They have a wide professional team specialising in all disciplines of building work and I would highly recommend them. They are organised, efficient and will find you a solution to most problems but most importantly they are honest. I have really enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend.

We had an aged, troublesome, hidden toilet cistern removed & replaced with a modern close coupled toilet. We also had a new bath installed along with new bath & basin taps. The work was carried out by a highly skilled & helpful trades team who solved a number of attendant problems to our great satisfaction & banished all of our pre work anxieties & nightmares. The trades team were supported by a very helpful & imaginative showroom supervisor during the planning phase: thank you all, so much.

The guys were in to do a couple of things throughout the house. All works were finished to a high standard. Very polite and got the job done in good time, and left the place tidy. I have used this company a few times now and will always return for anything I need in the future.

Our bathroom was totally renovated and we are very pleased with the results. It was many years since any decoration had taken place. We wanted to retain the feeling of an Edwardian property while enjoying the amenities of the 21st Century. Jamie gave excellent advice with regard to the design and facilities. We cannot speak highly enough of the work ethic and attention to detail displayed by Mark and all of the team (Chris, George, Kyle, John and the plasterers and electricians). It was a great deal of work , carried out meticulously.

Electric socket and plug replaced after plug melted into socket. I was very lucky that they were able to come the same day I called them. Everyone was very helpful and polite.

WLYP did a refit of our kitchen for sale of the flat. They fitted new cabinet doors, plinths and counter top edging. They also replaced a broken extractor fan in the bathroom, fitted a new shelf unit and resealed the shower. I cannot recommend them highly enough - Jamie the owner came out to give the quote. He was polite and helpful and understood exactly what we were trying to achieve with the flat. He didn't over quote and made helpful recommendations as to what work to do and what not to do. He was very prompt in responding to emailed and phoned questions and requests. Antonia in the office is fantastic - super efficient and helpful. The tradesmen who came out to do the work were polite, helpful and left the flat very tidy. WLYP may not be the cheapest on the market, but I also don't think they are the most expensive. They are very much an example of if you pay a fair price for a job, you will get good quality work in return.

The cost of our visit was expensive due to the cost of the smoke detectors, which could have been sourced cheaper, but we are reassured that a quality product has been installed to ensure the safety of our family. We will definitely be back to use this company again for projects around the house.

I needed urgent works done in my kitchen, this required a cross section of tradespeople, electrician, plumbers and joiner. It all need to be coordinated. First and foremost the customer service is absolutely excellent. Quick responses to all queries and nothing is too much of a bother. The team did a rewire and changed my boiler all within 3 days. Added new power points including a plug and hdmi cable above the fireplace. Also fitted fire alarms and Hive system. They tried to minimise the damage as much as possible although this was not always possible which they were very honest about. In addition they fitted in a new cooker for me when i was let down by the delivery company. Definitely recommended and will no doubt be using them again.

Fantastic service!! I had struggled to find someone to replace an electric shower and we love your project was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so please. The Project Team have been first class through the installation of our new kitchen.

They installed our kitchen and undertook some restructuring work, moving walls, door ways and plumbing over a few visits.

From the consultation to completion of my fitted kitchen this company was outstanding!! I cannot recommend them enough. The company arranged every trade that was needed to come in such as electrician, plasterer, joiners etc. We discussed when they would start the job and it was ran like a military operation. They cleaned up after every day and kept any disruption to a minimum. All the trades people that came in were very professional and respectful of our property too. Getting a big job done like a kitchen can be quite overwhelming but i can honestly say that whole process was managed and carried out to the highest standard! I will continue to use this company for any house renovations as they have sister companies that cover all basis.
