This was a service carried out on a combi boiler which I’ve had carried out yearly and i can honestly say that Gerry was the most thorough and took time to answer any questions I had would definitely recommend

Can’t recommend Gerry enough. He’s reliable, very fairly priced, knowledgeable and genuine.
He installed our Hive system (multi system) and even went the extra mile to ensure we weren’t left with existing holes behind our original heating control leaving a tidy and professional look which has saved me having to repaint and fill in holes. Before leaving he ensured I knew how it all worked explained what I needed to know and got the app up and running for me saving a long wait on hold with the Hive team.
Gerry was also the only person to respond and agree to look at our boiler on Boxing Day when we had an infant and no heating or hot water after attempting to contact countless engineers. He sourced the parts and repaired our boiler leaving us with hot water and a warm house. Highly recommend.

Great to get a skilled trade person who cares about giving a courteous reliable service. Previously we’ve asked other companies for an annual service but they don’t follow up with reminders or visits. Not with warm home, they sent out a reminder and a date was arranged and the service was done.
Good to have the comfort of someone there to help with such an important system as your heating especially when your retired and around the house so much with the Covid restrictions.

Gerry serviced my boiler and done a fantastic Job, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable,he explained everything that he was doing step by step, he followed the Covid rules to the letter of the Law overall a very good tradesman and value for money, I will definitely use him again and would have no hesitation to recommend him, he also serviced my sister in law's boiler at short notice nothing was a problem to him at all

Gerry has serviced my boiler twice now, has also been on hand to advise me with a few queries I had and installed the Hive heating system into our home which has been a vast improvement over our previous system.

Exceptional service and very professional as always, he always calls to say how far away he is and leaves the area cleaner than when he arrived. I am not exactly proficient in boiler knowledge but he always takes the time to explain what he has done and why.

I have recommended Gerry to family and friends and they are all of the same opinion that they would not use anybody else.

Gerry, WarmHome Heating, came out to have a look at a faulty radiator. He came out quickly and took his time to look over the problem radiator and the system feeding it.
We asked him to come back to do some further fault finding on a long term problem (with us since the house was built) and to service our boiler. Very helpful and took time to talk me through what he was doing and to explain what had been wrong.
Very reasonably priced and, when I almost paid too much, he quickly corrected me down to the right price - nice to see this honesty and much appreciated.
Will definitely contact him again in future!

Excellent communication before visit, arrived when stated, fast and efficient during visit and made absolutely no mess. Great service and highly recommended. Will be using Warm Home again for next years boiler service
