I’ve been using Gerry for a couple of years now, and he has always been reliable, professional, and highly skilled. Most recently, he fixed a problem with my faulty actuators, diagnosing the issue quickly and carrying out the work to a high standard. He explains everything clearly, is always friendly, and never lets you down. My heating is now working perfectly, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommend Gerry to anyone looking for a trustworthy heating engineer!

Gerry provides a fantastic service.He kept us informed from the initial phone call to arriving at our house on the appointed date and time.A very pleasant and polite young man.He gave us an honest evaluation of our gas boiler which is quite a few years old which we thought might need replaced.At that point he could have got himself a larger job but he explained that the boiler was in good condition and only required a service.He serviced the boiler and replaced a leaking thermostat on the heated towel rail.He cleaned up after himself and TBH he did a first class job so much so we will get him back next year for the next boiler service or for any other problems that should occur.We would have no reservations on recommending him to anyone who needs a reliable, certified central heating engineer.

I had my boiler serviced and a new magnetic filter installed . In addition, I had two radiators rehung after redecorating my lounge. I was delighted with the very professional service provided by the fitter and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Error codes displayed on gas boiler during weekend indicating circulation issue, which meant no hot water for the household. Got a hold of Gerry who went above and beyond to provide remote support late on a Saturday evening, before attending first thing on a Monday to investigate the fault, identify the cause and give guidance on how to prevent reoccurrence, all within 1-2hr visit. Gerry was extremely helpful and transparent about all aspects of the defect, and also on wider subject of boiler care / service plans

Gerry has previously fixed a leak for us at short notice and was so helpful at the time I decided we would use him for our yearly boiler and hot water tank services. This was a service carried out on a combi boiler which I’ve had carried out yearly and i can honestly say that Gerry was the most thorough and took time to answer any questions I had would definitely recommend

Can’t recommend Gerry enough. He’s reliable, very fairly priced, knowledgeable and genuine.
He installed our Hive system (multi system) and even went the extra mile to ensure we weren’t left with existing holes behind our original heating control leaving a tidy and professional look which has saved me having to repaint and fill in holes. Before leaving he ensured I knew how it all worked explained what I needed to know and got the app up and running for me saving a long wait on hold with the Hive team.
Gerry was also the only person to respond and agree to look at our boiler on Boxing Day when we had an infant and no heating or hot water after attempting to contact countless engineers. He sourced the parts and repaired our boiler leaving us with hot water and a warm house. Highly recommend.

Great to get a skilled trade person who cares about giving a courteous reliable service. Previously we’ve asked other companies for an annual service but they don’t follow up with reminders or visits. Not with warm home, they sent out a reminder and a date was arranged and the service was done.
Good to have the comfort of someone there to help with such an important system as your heating especially when your retired and around the house so much with the Covid restrictions.

Gerry has serviced my boiler twice now, has also been on hand to advise me with a few queries I had and installed the Hive heating system into our home which has been a vast improvement over our previous system.

Exceptional service and very professional as always, he always calls to say how far away he is and leaves the area cleaner than when he arrived. I am not exactly proficient in boiler knowledge but he always takes the time to explain what he has done and why.

I have recommended Gerry to family and friends and they are all of the same opinion that they would not use anybody else.

Gerry, WarmHome Heating, came out to have a look at a faulty radiator. He came out quickly and took his time to look over the problem radiator and the system feeding it.
We asked him to come back to do some further fault finding on a long term problem (with us since the house was built) and to service our boiler. Very helpful and took time to talk me through what he was doing and to explain what had been wrong.
Very reasonably priced and, when I almost paid too much, he quickly corrected me down to the right price - nice to see this honesty and much appreciated.
Will definitely contact him again in future!

We had a breakdown on our boiler Monday night, called warmhome heating and gerry was round within 15 minutes. He checked over the boiler and found the fault with our fan, the very next day he got the part and had it all replaced for us. I’ve had problems with my boiler for years and finally got round to having it repaired. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome that Warmhome heating services provided. And would highly recommend this company to others. I also had “the hive” supplied and fitted by this company and cannot believe the difference this has made to the welcoming warmth in my home when I come home from a hard days work. It’s also much more economical to run and with the recent surge in fuel prices it’s a no brainer. Can’t thank you enough Gerrry
