I engaged Victoria Driveways to undertake a clear out of my late mother's garden. The work involved grass cutting, weeding, spraying, laying of decorative gravel and removal of all materials.
Graham at Victoria Driveways was great to deal with. He very promptly provided me with a detailed scope and price for the work. The work was executed quickly and to a very high standard.
I would have no hesitation in using Victoria Driveways again, or recommending them to others. All in all, a very professional service.

Drainage work to correct water coming up from under our back garden posed no problem to Graham and his organised team. Communication from first contact to last was simple. No problem we had was too much for him, with his years of experience and knowledge of the tasks required. Our quote for a little over £5000 was in fact reduced as it worked out. The work was carried out over two days. It was well planned and executed and Graham's team worked hard throughout, undeterred by the very cold temperatures. Graham and his staff were polite and clean and tidy at all times. They arrived when agreed and worked throughout the day. I am very happy with the work done and my new garden which is easier for me to manage.
Garden was levelled, grass and new paving put in, the difficult tree stumps were removed. Work was started in January when there was a period of decent weather forecast to allow outdoor working. I was consulted when there were minor adjustments to the plan and was happy with the suggestions made. Happy with the cost as this is a long term solution and would use again when I need the front drive repaired.

Excellent communication on and off the job. Good management of his team and a well constructed job.
The only lesson is the cost of materials rise due to Covid and Brexit - not the contractor's fault.

Graham was very clear about the work needing done and how it would be carried out. Good team, arrived when they said they would and worked hard.

Victoria Driveways quoted for and completed design and build for a replacement patio. Even though messy work, the guys cleared up every night, absolutely no complaints. Any snagging work they found first and fixed. Patio looks great and we can't wait to start using it when the weather allows. Great quality and workmanship.

Delighted with our new brick driveway, path and fence. Excellent standard of workmanship with great attention to detail. It was a tight site as we are at the bottom of a cul de sac but Graham and his team cleared up regularly and were so courteous to my neighbours so no issues at all. The Scottish winter weather also threw everything at them but they didn't give up! Quality products used and very pleased with the final finish. Would highly recommend. I checked this website first before contacting Graham as you need to be confident in the company you use before committing to this type of high value project and am so pleased I did as it gave me the reassurance I was looking for. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard by a hard working ream, who evidently take pride in the quality of their workmanship. Work was started on the day as agreed and the duration of the job was as advised in advance. Price was agreed in advance and although slight modifications to the specification were agreed as the job progressed, there was no additional charge.

Driveway Replacement:
The team replaced our very tired and damaged driveway using block paving.
Graham came out to price the work and made great landscaping suggestions that meant the driveway looked better than we had hoped. He talked us through different options, materials and helped us settle on the best one for us. The team turned up each day when they said they would and worked through absolutely awful weather for the first couple of days. I thought they'd have to call off but they just kept on. The team are polite, work hard and they tidied up at the end of each day which was a huge bonus.

Transformation of an unusable bog area into a driveway to match existing driveway. Installation of a shed base using old slabs from the site. Installation of a red gravel path with country cobble border and decorative step.

Monobloc driveway installation. Written quote, which was honoured despite COVID delays. High quality materials used, including several tonnes of type 1 aggregate, proper drainage system and blocks. Victoria Driveways attended to replace my drive which had previously been slabbed. From the first meeting with Graham I was impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness when describing what work was going to be carried out.
Upon arriving on site at the time they said, the Victoria Driveway team worked endlessly and carried out the contract in a very professional manner, cleaning up after themselves every day. They were respective of property and once the job was done made sure all materials were removed from site. An excellent team. 10/10.

Workmanship was to a very high standard with very good attention to detail. I was kept informed of progress on a regular basis.

Old patio at rear of house was suffering from loose slabs and erosion. Retaining wall cracking.The whole lot was dug up and removed by hand (quite restricted access).
All rubble & debris barrowed into large bags on driveway so very little mess.
Thick new base with crushed granite, cement etc laid and compacted. Decorative stone as recommended by Graham was laid. It was a big job, with 5 men for 5.5 days but they barely even stopped for a cup of tea.
Superb end result : everybody who sees it is impressed. I'd recommend this team to anyone who appreciates a professional tidy job.

Replacement driveway at our home. Job from quote through to completion very professional. Graham and crew were excellent. Arrived on time every day over the build period. Lots of attention to detail such as levelling etc. Nice finishing touches such as re-turfing grass edges and around new lighting pillar slabs. Any new blocks that were chipped or cracked during installation were removed and replaced. Workers friendly and kept the area, including the street, clean. They even pressure washed the street at bottom of drive before leaving. No hesitation in recommending this local company.
