Love that I get a yearly reminder to service the boiler, friendly service from the lady on the phone to the gas fitter who comes to the house. Highly recommend.

I had my new boiler installed a year ago now by Thomson Heating Group with which I had no issues and the boiler service was due so I arranged for Thomson Heating Group to carry out the work at a time that suited me. They arrived as arranged on time, carried out the service again with no issues.
I was in the trade before I retired and I know what good service looks like and for me Thomson Heating Group meet that benchmark. Thanks again

I've used Thomson Heating for several years for 2 boiler installations (different properties), annual servicing and EICR for my rental flat and have already recommended them to others. My annual Gas Boiler check was carried out on Monday 16th May. The time given was between 12/1.00pm but the serviceman arrived 10 minutes late. Other than this, the
job was carried out very well, with the minimum of fuss, and Kevin the serviceman
was very diligent while carrying out the service.
Would have no hesitation in recommending them to other users who may require a service.

Chris the tradesman was excellent, very helpful and informative, tidy and left the place spotless. Professional job all round. Girls in the office are brilliant.

We had a system boiler replaced with a combi boiler. The installers David and Chris did an exceptional job and despite some issues with the existing pipe layouts managed to complete the installation within one day.

The company have serviced my boiler for past few years and more recently, We called them when the boiler broke down. It is the friendly and reliable service that we like. Nothing is a problem When the boiler broke down, we had someone at our house quicker than we expected to investigate and diagnose the problem. Further to that, the communication was excellent and they were looking at moving things around to the boiler repaired faster. We would definitely recommend and we will using their services again in the future.
