Chris started on time and cracked on with the job, old boiler removed and new one installed. Very little mess. On completion he went through the controls and explained everything. Would definitely recommend, a very impressive company.

I have had my central heating system serviced by Thomson heating group for the past few years and have now taken out an annual heating service plan. I have always found them to be courteous and professional, and I have always felt that my heating system is in experienced hands. I had no hot water or heating from my Vokera Combi boiler and called Thomson Heating and left a voice mail.
Within a couple of hours I had a call back and arranged and engineer for the first available appointment.
As promised I was given a time slot ahead of the appointment and the engineer arrive exactly at the stated time.
I have only praise for the fantastic value ,excellent communication and professional service and will be using them in the future.

Hazel responded quickly to my question and quote received. Appointment arranged. David arrived as arranged. Very civil and provided some advice. Work done quickly and David left area clean. Got gas fire disconnected and pipe capped. Average price but very pleased with service. Would use again and recommend.

1. Annual Worcester Bosch boiler service to maintain long warranty. Making the booking was so easy and confirmed back by email. Couldn't have been more helpful for arranging for me. Engineer was very tidy and took me through what had been checked and left a full service document to keep with the system.
2. Based on the great experience for service had Thomson Heating Group back within two weeks to replace an old radiator and valves and to replace a broken TRV in lounge. All done quickly, cleanly and with no issues at all.

I had read pervious reviews and had decided that this local company was the one to replace my old gas boiler. I was not dissapointed. From the initial contact to have a site survey and quote for a new boiler to the installation the whole experience from start to finish was what I can only class as 5star. David and his team have the 3 P's they are polite, punctual and professional.
I will be using them going forward to carry out my boiler servicing and any other gas/heating issues I have.
From my experience I can say you will not be dissapointed if you use this company.
