Efficiency at every level – from the immediate response to my email inquiry, followed by site visit by David within a day, quote received and accepted, date arranged for works to be carried out a few days later. Excellent job by Chris and Kevin on the day, unobtrusive and extremely tidy.

New central heating boiler installed. We were very happy with the service from David and Chris from Thomson Heating. David was very thorough in trying to diagnose the initial fault when we had no heating and then arranging a quick installation date when we decided to go with a new boiler to replace our 20+ year old boiler. Several options were provided in different price ranges. Chris was punctual, professional and worked extremely hard on installation day. Very happy customer.
