Replacement gas boiler.
David was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Work was completed within the time scale given. No mess and explained everything regarding the digital controls. He even set the times and temperatures for us. The old boiler was taken away the next day and the work done in sealing the flue was perfect.

Our boiler died one Thursday and Thomson Heating fitted a new one for us on Saturday of the same week. There was no option as the parts we needed to effect a repair just weren't available. Their engineer, Chris, a very efficient, tidy worker, completed the job in just a few hours and when he left you would never have known he’d been there… apart, that is, from the shiny new boiler. Having your boiler go down can be quite a traumatic experience but everyone at Thomson Heating pulled together and sorted it within 48hrs. Excellent customer service. I’d recommend this company to anybody without hesitation.

That was where we were …….and couldn’t find any friends who could personally recommend anyone reliable to do the work . So like many it was with trepidation we started to search the internet for a local heating hero!
It wasn’t long before we came across really good reviews for the Thomson Heating Group, and with the usual scepticism called their office. The girls in the office were very helpful, and when they realised that we needed the boiler sooner than later, David, the main man himself, arranged to come away from a job and quote for the work we required.
The quote came through the next day and work was started about ten days later.

Special mention should go to Chris, the engineer who completed the majority of our work ……which I failed to mention included the replacement of all the radiators, 4 of which had to be relocated! The job took slightly longer than anticipated due to the construction of our flat, which meant the radiator moves were ‘slightly challenging’. Chris put in a special effort to ensure we were back up and running as quickly as humanly possible.

We are very pleased with the work carried out and have no hesitation in recommending Thomson Heating Group.

Really professional and courteous service from my initial contact all the way through to fitting my new radiators. David and Hazel were great at outlining options and answering any of my questions. The Gas and Electrical work was carried out timeously and without any problems. The Thomson Heating Group were first class throughout the whole job, and I would recommend any one who has a problem with Boilers/Stoves etc. to contact them and if they decide to go ahead, they will not be disappointed,

New Boiler fitted . I thought I might have a bit of a wait to get this work done - however Thomson's managed to survey , quote and fit in just over 1 week . The work was completed in one day and all rubbish removed - doesn't get much better I think.

Many thanks to Thomson Heating Group who provided all within 2 weeks near Christmas, a 'same day' follow up call to my initial enquiry (to replace 1 radiator), provide a written quote based on photographs I sent after their guidance. Attended on a day that suited my commitments. The engineer Chris was prompt, friendly and worked efficiently before finally cleaning up his work area before leaving. A thank you to to Customer service Lorraine and Hazel who spoke to me on the telephone.

Had a power flush and hive heating installed by Thomsons. Can't fault Thomsons from start to finish. The Engineer David was outstanding very respectful of my home and explained everything he was carrying out . Brilliant Company.

We had a new boiler installed and gas fire serviced. Very happy with all aspects, we were given three quotes with lots of information to make a decision with no sales pressure at all. We are very pleased with the new boiler, the installation was done on time and work very tidy. All staff were friendly and courteous and great communication. We shall be using for ongoing servicing of boiler and gas fire in future.

We recently purchased out property, we employed Thomson Heating to check over the existing combination boiler, connect the existing HIVE control system and instruct us on how to efficiently use the system.

The engineer was very efficient and took time to instruct us on the most efficient use of the control system.

Thomsons came recommended by our daughter and son who have both used the company before and were pleased with the standard of their work. Our experience started with us asking for a quote for a new boiler and for it to be moved to a new location.
After accepting the quote we agreed a start date for the works and the workmen arrived when we were told they would.
On the first day it was two very personable workers who arrived and they both worked hard and cleaned up after themselves.
The second day there was only one worker who never stopped and worked late on the Friday night to complete the job. He took his time explaining how the new boiler worked and did not seem to be put out that he was still with us so late. We would definitely use Thomsons again.

Went out their way to fit the job in quickly as I needed a leaking radiator replaced before a new carpet was fitted.

Genuine good quality customer service over the phone and also by the engineer who did the job. Clean and tidy job by the engineer who clearly took pride in his work.

I just got my new boiler from Thomsons from start to finish
it was very professional and everyone at Thomsons from the
Office staff and David who came out to my home to survey the job and the two engineers Chris and Lee were great. The job was done in a day and the guys done a great job and left my place clean and tidy.
