Cleaning undertaken by the team is great and the staff are friendly however I was left with the impression that they were harassed and tight for time.

Hard copy of terms and conditions were not provided which I believe to be a breach of law.

Whilst cleaning is to a high standard customer service is not. Emails are abrupt and when I made a complaint I was questioned by the owner.

The company cannot provide you with a set day and time for your clean; the day and time change each fortnight which is inconvenient.

Platinum Cleaning did an amazing job of doing a deep clean following a tenancy. The house was really dirty but they tackled it with energy and focus, and by the end of the day it was like a different property!

Maureen did a fantastic job of scheduling the work, and was very flexible-she also kept me fully aware of progress and any issues that came up during the job.

I'd definitely recommend them and will use them again for sure.

I had my lounge, hall, kitchen and stairway painted. A very professional, clean and tidy job completed by excellent trades persons. I have already recommended them to my neighbours. Very pleased with the whole experience from estimate to completion.
