I had a deep clean and carpet cleaning done of a flat about to be sold which had been empty for some time. Maureen and her team did an excellent job in all the rooms. The kitchen and bathroom surfaces sparkled, they did a fantastic job of ovrn and hob, and they managed to remove some long term difficult stains from the carpet. I would drfinitely recommend their services.

Weekly housecleaning for elderly relative over a period of a year. All of the staff have been fabulous, very friendly, trustworthy, reliable and do a great job. Maureen always kept us up to date on when the clean was taking place. Highly recommend.

Cleaning undertaken by the team is great and the staff are friendly however I was left with the impression that they were harassed and tight for time.

Hard copy of terms and conditions were not provided which I believe to be a breach of law.

Whilst cleaning is to a high standard customer service is not. Emails are abrupt and when I made a complaint I was questioned by the owner.

The company cannot provide you with a set day and time for your clean; the day and time change each fortnight which is inconvenient.

Platinum Cleaning did an amazing job of doing a deep clean following a tenancy. The house was really dirty but they tackled it with energy and focus, and by the end of the day it was like a different property!

Maureen did a fantastic job of scheduling the work, and was very flexible-she also kept me fully aware of progress and any issues that came up during the job.

I'd definitely recommend them and will use them again for sure.
