Neil and his team fitted a new shower, shower screen and section of wetwall, plus a handrail on my stairs.
I'd definitely use them again. Neil came round to quote when he said he would and arranged the work for just a few days later. Communication was great, and the work carried out was great, at a reasonable price.

Installation of kitchen tap,and more importantly removal of waste disposal unit and connection of new pipework to outlet pipe.Clean and efficient work by" The Dream Team" who were cheery and kept us advised throughout the work.Two other plumbing firms had let us down previously so will use Paisley Property Maintenance in future.

Very happy with the work done to upgrade our bathroom. Would certainly use this firm again as the service from Neil and his staff was great.

This review is to correct the one that I submitted on 21 December. I've obviously hit the wrong button when rating the company's value for money and now wish to put that right. I have no hesitation in giving the company 5 stars for this. I would reiterate what others have said here. Paisley Property Maintenance provided me with a top class service when they replaced my mixer shower. Both Neil and his plumber were courteous and friendly and, most importantly, competent. I will be using them again.

Lifting old bathroom tile floor, WC and relaying plywood base and LVT flooring. Prompt and excellent work carried out by Neil and his team. They even replaced my recessed LED bulbs that were on the way out.

Neil and his team did a fantastic job when we needed our bathroom floor and all the joists replaced. They were polite, friendly and professional, and worked around our needs. We highly recommend them and will be using them again.

I had a broken concealed cistern/toilet with family due visit and stay the following day. Contacted Neil, who despite his own busy work schedule arranged a visit for later the same day. A replacement cistern was required and this was supplied and fitted the following morning prior to my family arriving. A first class service was provided overall, with thanks to Joe who undertook the replacement. Will certainly use this company for any future work.

Had bath out and shower in. All tradesmen involved were easily accessible. The were experienced and trustworthy.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and again. We'll done guys for all the trades provided to do the job and recommendations for future work required.

We would be happy to recommend Paisley Property Maintenance Ltd. From the first phone call everything was carried out efficiently with the minimum of disruption.

Fences painted and Washing Line Ground Poles put into ground plus slabs put into position. My experience was positive and the work was done to a good standard and within the time stated.

I'm really glad that I found this company. They were quick to come to see what was needing fixed, they are really friendly and great at explaining what they will do to get the job done. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Very quick response to do some work on lights which I needed as I have a sight impairment. Paisley Property Maintenance were polite and friendly. Arrived on time and rooms were left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company.

We needed a washing machine reinstalled. They were able to deal with it on the same day that I contacted them, and made very quick work of it. They took particular care not to damage the flooring when moving the machine. We really appreciated that they could deal with our issue so quickly and efficiently.

Reinstatement of bedroom stud partition wall. The job was carried out with speed, proficiency, and courtesy. Neil popped in to supervise the job and ensure I was happy. Would not hesitate in recommending Neil and his team.

Fitted a new shower after had a leak with my old one. He came very quickly to assess the damage. Also got me a new shower and fitted it quickly.

I needed a repair done to my gutter, and I found Paisley Property Maintenance, in the The Buddiebook. I phoned and explained what was wrong, and they said they would come that same afternoon. Within a couple of hours of me phoning, my gutter had been repaired. I’m absolutely delighted with the very prompt and very friendly service I’ve received. At last I have found a plumber and electrician that I can rely on ! Turned up in response to an emergency; arrived when they said they would to make the electrics safe after a flooded bathroom and kitchen; located and dealt with the leak quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant, helpful with good advice and reassuring. As for the price...I was very surprised how little the cost was. Please Neil, never retire so that I can call on you again!
