Very prompt and efficient, came to look at the job and do the work when they said they would. I have difficulty getting time off work and they kindly worked around my schedule.
I needed what i thought was a simple job to fit a new shower, but due to difficulties with the shower i had previously bought and the plumbing in my house, it required a bit of detective work. Neil could not have been nicer, professional and patient throughout.

Change back from a wet room to a bathroom Neil came and looked over what to be done, we discussed it and he gave me price in writing along with details in writing also of what to be done.

Fantastic experience from start to finish Alan who done the job was here every morning from 8.20am and didn't leave till 4.20pm.
Everything we agreed was done with a few changes which only enhanced everything and price we agreed at the start did not change.

Clean and tidy workers nothing was too much trouble for them. As a lone female I felt comfortable with them in the house. You would hardly know anyone was here. Paisley Property Maintenance Limited were the 4th plumber I contacted in respect of this job. The 1st failed to attend, the 2nd never responded and whilst the 3rd did eventually reply, the job had since been completed. Paisley Property Maintenance Limited provided a prompt response to my enquiry with a competitive price. The job was attended to within a few days. The tap appears to be fitted nice and securely to the sink. A tidy job; there was next to no clean-up required. A sales invoice was provided giving a feeling of security. However, as can be expected with any work, issues may arise. In his instance, the piping connection leaked. The plumber did come straight back with view to remedy. Unfortunately, the return visit was unfruitful. Although another visit was scheduled without any hassle from the company, I decided to obtain further assistance from another party. Communications were good throughout. Had the connection been secured upon the 2nd visit I would have given top ratings throughout. But (and I acknowledge that I may have acted hastily) I have scored downwards due to the physicality of workmanship alone. Also worthy of remembering that there are still worse companies out there.

I can't thank Neil and his team of tradesmen enough, every one of the men has done a very professional and high quality and standard of workmanship. The level of support we received during the works and the help and advice we were thankfully given helped turn a badly flood-damaged house back to our home. The standard of work carried out was to the highest level we could have wished for and the lads were so efficient and tidy. I genuinely can't thank Neil and the lads enough for everything they have done for us. I would be very happy to recommend Neil to anyone requiring work to be carried out on their home.

The work was completed promptly and to a high standard. Tradesmen arrived exactly at the time promised. The quality of work is to a high standard. The men were courteous and helpful and cleaned all areas thoroughly afterwards. I have already requested an estimate for further work.

Did a good job installing shower unit and base. Fitted LED light and cupboard and vinyl in bathroom. Good communication, kept tidy and addressed any problems.
