This must be third or fourth time we have used Mirren Property Services. On this occasion as in the past they have been professional, reliable, efficient, vfm, supportive and honest. We wanted a combination of joinery, electrical, plumbing and painter work carried out throughout our house. This included major installation- dishwasher and new cooker hood into existing kitchen units.
They finished whole job in 2 days, with no problems and everything as we wanted it.
We will, of course, use them again for both small and larger jobs.

Main focus was on renewing ceiling and upgrading various units within the kitchen, including some new appliances.
From the initial contact to the completion of the work the customer service has been impeccable. The work was carried out with minimal interruption and in a very timely and professional manner. Would highly recommend Mirren Property Services.

I’ve had numerous work carried out by Mirren from new guttering, fascias and windows to interiors ie wardrobes, skirting and total room refurbishment. The work has always been carried out to a very high standard, from professional people. The area being worked on is always left clean and tidy when they are finished. I will be using Mirren again for further projects around my home and after seeing the workmanship my neighbours have also used them. Five star company that I would definitely recommend

Pleased with work. However 1 shower was done with the wrong colour. Should have been light grey and grey was used. Also felt the communication between office staff and workers could be better. Job was however neat and left tidy.

Excellent work. Saved me money by fitting new tap tops instead of all new taps. Efficient, pleasant, clean workmen. No time wasted. Felt safe (I live on my own).

Mirren Properties were excellent. Professional from start to finish on this job. They took time to listen to my ideas and discussed these in full before putting them in to action. All the trades people were friendly, but given the amount of work this involved, disruption was kept to a minimum. Can't recommend highly enough.
