Mirren re-did our full spare bedroom, plastering, new radiator, new skirting/door surrounds, new cupboard door and flooring. An excellent job, absolutely delighted with the transformation!

Another room in my house renovated by this company. This is the 6th or 7th time I’ve had work carried out and I would recommend this company 100%.

We recently had work done in our house. We were recommended Gary and Raymond from a friend.

During our initial contact, I found them to be very straight forward and  honest.

When they came out to do the work they were punctual, extremely tidy and meticulous.

We had our downstairs bathroom converted into a utility room, a new bath, shower screen and taps installed and 2 fitted cupboards built.

We were really impressed with all the works and the finishes. I can't recommend them enough and in my option Gary and Raymond are really profession and great tradesman.

I had coving, skirting and new flooring in my bedroom. The finished result is perfect with no mess. This is the latest work the guys have carried out for me as I’ve had numerous other jobs done. Their workmanship is impeccable and they are both friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company and have done so to neighbours and friends who were all extremely impressed. Definitely 5 stars, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Mirren Property Services supplied and installed a new suspended ceiling in our cellar with new LED lights, fitted new bespoke shelving for stock, glass washer and ice machine and installed new LED lights in the Bar area.

All work was completed to a high standard at the agreed cost. Found Garry and Raymond to be trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional throughout. They cleared up after themselves and left us with a cellar the club and it's members are extremely happy with.

Would not hesitate to recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Mirren Contracts completed a refurbishment of my bathroom after a water leak , the service and quality of work were second to none. I would highly recommend them.

We have had a few projects completed by the team, the largest of which was the creation of a new clinical room within our building. The team were always neat,tidy and their work is always to the highest standards. As well as working hard, they are a friendly bunch and are always willing to change or re-arrange plans if the need arises.

Fitted wardrobes in front bedroom guys were efficient friendly very clean and tidy absolutely love my wardrobes haven so much space to my bedroom have recommended my son is now getting his done too

I have used Mirren Property for a number of projects in our house.
They helped correct the poor workmanship of another contractor in our loft conversion.
After that they built a large decking in our back garden.
