As a family we have used Mirren Property Services for nearly 10 years. We have always found them professional, efficient and value for money.
This year we bit the bullet and decided to have a complete refurbishment of our bathroom. Yet again Mirren were excellent.
However for this significant investment they were also

Patient as we developed the final package
Innovative in resolving problems with manufacturers and suppliers
Thorough in ensuring that everything was addressed properly
We would wholeheartedly recommend them for all domestic builder work but we also believe that for these difficult bigger investments they are an excellent choice.

I have just had a new kitchen fitted and Raymond and Gary carried out the work very efficiently and to a high standard. They cleaned up every day and left the new kitchen in an immaculate condition. I would highly recommend Mirren Property Services.

Mirren Property Services recently replaced my kitchen worktops, sink and appliances. Great service from start to finish and a first class job. The direct Raymond arranged for me to bring samples home, provided a written quote and scheduled the job. All ran to plan and they did a fantastic job, really gives the kitchen a refresh. Professional trades and left the place tidy. Really pleased with this company and will recommend and use again.

Mirren contractors turned up on time, completed the job to high standard and cleaned up both inside and out when job was finished.

This company did a first class job. Goo`d workmanship and very tidy workers. Everything was well finished and we are very pleased with the end products.

Mirren re-did our full spare bedroom, plastering, new radiator, new skirting/door surrounds, new cupboard door and flooring. An excellent job, absolutely delighted with the transformation!

We recently had work done in our house. We were recommended Gary and Raymond from a friend.

During our initial contact, I found them to be very straight forward and  honest.

When they came out to do the work they were punctual, extremely tidy and meticulous.

We had our downstairs bathroom converted into a utility room, a new bath, shower screen and taps installed and 2 fitted cupboards built.

We were really impressed with all the works and the finishes. I can't recommend them enough and in my option Gary and Raymond are really profession and great tradesman.

I had coving, skirting and new flooring in my bedroom. The finished result is perfect with no mess. This is the latest work the guys have carried out for me as I’ve had numerous other jobs done. Their workmanship is impeccable and they are both friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company and have done so to neighbours and friends who were all extremely impressed. Definitely 5 stars, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very professional service and good work. I’d definitely recommend Mirren properties as they are reliable and very good tradesmen, which I’ve found a rare quality lately.

Mirren Property Services supplied and installed a new suspended ceiling in our cellar with new LED lights, fitted new bespoke shelving for stock, glass washer and ice machine and installed new LED lights in the Bar area.

All work was completed to a high standard at the agreed cost. Found Garry and Raymond to be trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional throughout. They cleared up after themselves and left us with a cellar the club and it's members are extremely happy with.

Would not hesitate to recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

As always the work carried out is of a high standard. Professional, friendly and always clear up. Would definitely recommend and personally would not use anyone else
