Business Information
My name is John Mullan and I'm a retired fire officer with 30 years' service and an additional 16 years as a Building and Facilities Manager in Glasgow's City Park.
I sell and fit interlinked smoke and fire detectors conforming to Scottish Government regulations introduced in February 2022 and now required in all homes by law. Insurance companies also invariably have a clause in the contract to the effect that the property complies with Building Regulations.
These radio frequency alarms are installed at very reasonable prices, typically £140 to £175, without mess or the need for expensive electrical work, and usually within a day or two of ordering. I'm happy to give an estimate on the phone and can take calls between 9.00am and 9.00pm.

John was on time, explained in detail what was required and what parts of the house would be affected and what would be the total cost.

I would definitely recommend John Mullan. He fitted interlinking smoke alarms. He was available very quickly, arrived at the time arranged, was very pleasant and did a good job. He then explained how everything worked.

Great service. Installed 1 HCAT alarm, 4 smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm. Gave communication and certification to confirm that my home was fire alarm compliant. Job was completed in under an hour and with no mess. I would recommend to my family and friends.
