Phoned up to arrange for my boiler to have its annual service and 'Sean' was brilliant at arranging a day and time for me. My gas cooker had to be connected and I had been let down by another tradesman so searched Trusted Trader in the hope of finding a reliable and trustworthy tradesman. I contacted Sean who called me back the same day to discuss my requirements and a day and time was arranged. Sean is an approachable young man with a good business head on his shoulders. He is very mindful of your property and takes care not to place tools on your newly fitted kitchen worktops! He is polite, helpful and will tell you exactly what needs to be done and roughly how long the job is likely to take and how much it will cost. My cooker was connected within 40 minutes and the gas pressure was checked before and after installation. He left no mess and helped me put the cooker back in place. I have no hesitation in recommending Sean.

Last minute call out from Sam for our boiler which failed this morning. He was absolutely phenomenal, there within a few hours, 100% professional very well priced and job fully fixed.

Sean fitted our new boiler yesterday after quoting 2 weeks prior. He arrived on time and work was carried out to a really high standard. He was flexible with fitting especially when we realised the wall we planned to have our boiler fitted to was actually plasterboard concealing a hidden cupboard behind it. He came back out to see the area and adjusted quote to fit our needs.
