We first used this family business a few months ago to fix our overflow tank.
We were very pleased with their services so decided tu use them again when our bath tap needed replacing.Also got them to replace our push button flush system in our toilet which had broken.
A very prompt and friendly service.They give you a time and stick to it which is very refreshing in this day and age.
Definitely recommend them.
Today we had Tony who did a great job.Last time we had his brother who was equally as good.
Definitely our go to plumbers from now on.

Called at 3pm to say dad's heating not working explained he's 92 and bedbound. Advised he was a priority and Tony arrived at 4pm. Ordered the parts and came back next day at 12 noon to fix.

We needed a plumber fairly quickly to sort out problem taps, and, yet again, Woods provided a quick, effective and highly professional service. A delight to have such a skilled and pleasant professional in the house. This did not surprise me since we've had the same outstanding service in the past when Woods fitted our new shower and replacement kitchen sink.

Bathroom transformed. Extra care taken in fitting new cupboard doors which was not straightforward. Delighted with the work.

Boiler service and frozen overflow pipe due to recent severe weather. Visit was arranged to suit me and Engineer was efficient , and friendly. Good service for the money.

A central heating repair. They realised that, as we had no heating and no hot water and the temperatures were sub-zero, and as we had been let down by the company with which we had a maintenance contract, we were in a parlous state. They came out within an hour of getting our call and carried out the required repair very speedily and efficiently. I am cancelling my contract with that other company and setting up an annual maintenance contract with G Woods.

Frozen pipe outside stopped boiler from working at my parents in law house on a very cold morning…. Engineer came out very quickly, found the problem straight way and had the heating on within a few minutes. Great service

Tony carried out a service on our boiler, which we've had for nearly 20 years. Some parts needed replaced and he was able to source the replacement parts and fit them. He was a very polite and personable young man who was thoroughly professional and efficient, and we are very pleased with the quality of his work. We've had other companies service our boiler over the years, but now that we've seen Tony at work we'll be sticking with G Woods in future.
