We had a complete bathroom redesign and fitting carried out . The work was principally done by Jim the plumber and William the joiner, supported by Ian and David. Our entire experience from Gerry's first assessment visit through the team working for 7 days was simply exceptional. Jim and William were professional, friendly and their work was that of skilled craftsmen. The finished bathroom was way beyond our expectation ! Being an old house they encountered some issues , we were fully consulted and nothing was a problem to them. We are beyond delighted with this company and highly recommend them.
Sincere thanks to Claire for her expertise and patience in the design phase, always so helpful and great communication. Finally by mistake we overpaid and Frances immediately contacted us and refunded the same day. Wonderful service all round . Thank you all.

We had a complete bathroom refit competed through Woods. Claire was helpful and very patient when taking us through the options available to us, and was always available to answer further questions. The work was completed principally by the 2 Davies who were professional and meticulous in their finish. They kept us informed at all stages and accommodated any changes that we required through the process. They were also exceptionally tidy and mindful of working within a busy household! We really pleased with our new bathroom and would happily recommend Woods.

I had several smallish jobs that needed done e.g dripping tap. Thankfully the company was happy to do these. Tony and his assistant did a great job. You hardly knew they were in the house and left everything clean and tidy. Now to organise the boiler service!

New ensuite bathroom. All went to plan, costwise and on schedule. Thanks to Claire's coordination, the two Davids, Chris and Ian. A great team and such tidy workers. All in all we are completely satisfied.

Boiler repair and service - reliable tidy and 5 start job

Repair to boiler carried out with efficiency. Tony found the fault quickly & replaced part. Have used G.Woods for many years & trust their workmanship & professionalism and do not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Called Wednesday morning about a dripping tap and they came out before 10 am the following morning. Fixed quickly for a reasonable price including parts. The guy who came out was very polite. Would definitely recommend.

The admin work for the installation of a new, complete shower room was carried out pleasantly and professionally by Claire who ensured that David the plumber and David the joiner knew my requirements and had the necessary parts to complete the job to a very high standard.

From enquiry to installation of shower room doors , sink and vanity unit everyone put you at ease.
The installation team David and David were friendly, efficient and did a marvellous job.

New bathroom installed, excellent admin service by showroom staff Claire and work carried out by the two Davids' was first class.

Huge thanks to Sharon (Customer Service) and Tony (Engineer).
Sharon took the call late morning and Tony had the boiler fully operational same day.
Boiler was working (hot water ok) but no heat getting to the radiators.
Tony replaced a faulty 'motor' valve which solved the problem.
Very professional from start to finish and reasonably priced too compared to some companies who charge rip-off prices.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Jim and William for transforming my dated bathroom into a spa-like dream. What a team! Their professionalism and respectful manner made them a pleasure to have in the house. Attending early everyday to ensure the job kept moving - despite the challenges they encountered with the neglected 1930s drainage system. They kept me involved and informed at every step. The pride they take in their work is evident in the meticulous attention to detail and exceptional finish. Also, thank you to Claire for listening to my ideas and requests. Nothing has been too much trouble. I am beyond delighted and would highly recommend G. Woods to anyone. The installation is perfect.
