These guys removed my 86 year old mums bath and fitted a walk-in shower with all the necessary 'safety features '..seat, grip rails,etc. The guys even stayed on later to wait for my mum on the day she was discharged from hospital so they could ensure that the seat and grip rail positions were suitable for her. I needed a replacement mixer tap in my bathroom as the one in use finally packed up. I called G Woods and spoke to Sharon , advised what I was after and after a couple of emails we had agreed on a product, price including fitting and time for work to be carried out. Very nice chap ( sorry but never caught his name ) arrived next morning and had the work completed within an hour. It's not the first time I have used G Woods and I will certainly use again. I trust this company to provide good service at a reasonable price and appreciate not having to call around locally to get multiple estimates. I really couldn't ask for more in terms of the work being carried out swiftly and to a good standard with no mess. On this occasion the job was fairly small, however, based on my experience with G Woods I would not hesitate to call them in when having my bathroom upgraded. Highly recommended.

I have used G woods for a number of years now and would not go anywhere else. I recently had a brand new bathroom renovation. I dealt with Claire initially to choose my colour scheme and products she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Jim and david carried out the bathroom renovation they were brilliant from start to finish keeping me updated and done an amazing job I would have no hesitation in recommending G Woods 5 star service.

Whole new replacement bathroom with new toilet, sink and new shower tray and glass panels and wet wall panels. Also towel rail and new closed in light fitment. Mirrored wall cabinet and vanity units give great storage. Very pleased with all done and greatly enjoying the anti-slip shower tray which is very good. Thank you to all l the boys for the work, mostly David and William and James I think, the tiler. Will use again in the future and have used for some plumbing in recent past.

My elderly mother had a complete bathroom refit with a walk in shower replacing the bath. Everything from start to finish was hassle free and Claire's knowledge was invaluable when it came to choosing the new shower, sink, toilet and tiles, together with all the accessories. I had a completely new family shower room fitted with removal of old bath,sink and fittings. Very happy with the quality of work carried out by the two Davids. The finish of the work and attention to detail was very satisfactory. Claire in the office was most helpful and very up to speed with suppliers and support. Being elderly, some upgrading and modification was required to our en suite facility, and having used this company on at least three previous occasions had no hesitation in seeking their assistance. This company was brilliant. I had a problem with my boiler and used a couple of local characters who basically took my money and did nothing. I contacted G Woods and they were so nice and reassuring on the phone. The guy came out and sorted the problem and then came back out for an additional piece of work I asked for. When our boiler broke down recently, we contacted G Woods for help. Tony came the same day and carried out an emergency repair which meant we had heating until a new boiler could be fitted. Within a few days, Cammy came to fit the new boiler which he did in a professional and efficient manner. Very tidy too!

Telephoned to request a visit to renew an outdoor tap and repair jammed stop cock. Receptionist was extremely helpful and advised that a plumber would visit 2 days later between 9am and 1pm. Have used this company previously and will definitely use for any future issues.

Woods installed my Worcester boiler 4 years ago, very efficient, and time-sensitive. Today, an engineer arrived right on time, to service the boiler. Completed without fuss, and explained very clearly the couple of issues needing to be resolved.

Thought it was a straightforward job of a leaking pipe. Turned out it was a leaking pipe and an almost corroded gas pipe. They made sure we were sorted and safe and nothing felt like a hassle.

Contacted this company on Sunday night for a minor emergency with our overflow pipe and tank and they got straight back to me and had someone out the next day who fixed the problem.

We had a complete bathroom refit competed through Woods. Claire was helpful and very patient when taking us through the options available to us, and was always available to answer further questions. The work was completed principally by the 2 Davies who were professional and meticulous in their finish. They kept us informed at all stages and accommodated any changes that we required through the process. They were also exceptionally tidy and mindful of working within a busy household! We really pleased with our new bathroom and would happily recommend Woods.

I had several smallish jobs that needed done e.g dripping tap. Thankfully the company was happy to do these. Tony and his assistant did a great job. You hardly knew they were in the house and left everything clean and tidy. Now to organise the boiler service!

A central heating repair. They realised that, as we had no heating and no hot water and the temperatures were sub-zero, and as we had been let down by the company with which we had a maintenance contract, we were in a parlous state. They came out within an hour of getting our call and carried out the required repair very speedily and efficiently. I am cancelling my contract with that other company and setting up an annual maintenance contract with G Woods.

Tony carried out a service on our boiler, which we've had for nearly 20 years. Some parts needed replaced and he was able to source the replacement parts and fit them. Had a new boiler fitted; it was a complicated system with limited availability of boilers but these guys were brilliant. Found a solution to the availability issue, did a great job with the install, made it all straight forward, and took the time to talk everything through with me. Our Boiler was not working and we feared The worst. We called And it was a professional service from the beginning until the end. Tony was at the property within a couple of hours and managed to have the system up and running in no time.

We had a leak in our hot water tank that sent water through our living room ceiling. Woods were the fifth plumbing business we tried to contact. Three never replied and the fourth told us they were too busy to help. It was such a relief when a real person answered the phone at Woods and Sharon was able to to send someone out within an hour. The very helpful lad was able to assess the problem and complete a temporary fix that allowed us access to the cold system without the leak from the tank. The very next morning a second plumber was at our door to change the hot water tank, after we had received a very reasonable price quote for the work. I can't speak highly enough about Woods' service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Have used Woods for over 20 years and have always been given first class service. My recent problem related to toilet system and part s were obtained and replaced in 24 hours.

Tony fitted a kitchen mixer tap to replace leaking one.He also replaced some plpe work to increase the flow of hot water.He explained that my old tap was high pressure and the replacement was low pressure.great job I am delighted.

My boiler started leaking really badly yesterday. I called G.Woods late afternoon and they sent someone straight round and I had a quote within the hour and confirmation that they would be here at 9am today to fit a new boiler. They managed to source one quickly despite a general shortage of boilers.
The installer was really friendly and professional and arrived early to start the job while other guys in his team dropped in to drop off the new boiler and wire up the electrics. All seemed very slick. The installer tidied as he went and was keen to make sure I was happy with everything before he left. Very pleased and also thankful to have had the work undertaken so quickly as I have young kids in the house. I would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again (although I hope it’s not for a while, ha ha)

I have used this company several times in the past. I get my boiler serviced every year and have had other small jobs done and am going to get a new shower fitted. Kitchen mixer tap became loose and then leaked which put the sink out of use. I didn't think I could get a plumbing engineer over the festive season and if I did thought I might get billed an extortionate amount for a call out, but Woods came to the rescue and didn't charge me a fortune for the call out. Tap fixed. Very pleased with the professional response, workmanship and the cost of repair. First rate service. Would definitely use Woods again.

Worcester Boiler service.
Have used G Woods for installation of boiler in previous house many years ago and had them service it annually. Moved a year ago and had them instal a new boiler which has just been serviced. Never had a problem. Service done when required - quickly and efficiently.

Have used many times before. Arrived on both occasions when they said they would. One visit to investigate and one visit to fix. My domestic hot water was running cold from time to time. A full boiler service, service pack, and valve, and now reliably hot. Also better pressured water.

I cannot thank G Woods enough for their service and hard work. A bathroom renovation that uncovered a lot of under lying problems but G Woods were able to handle and fix everything that arose. The communication of the workers was particularly wonderful as I was always felt informed in every decision that had to be made.

my central heating boiler and multi point water heater were serviced and both had to have work done to them post service.
The work carried out was done very competently by the heating engineer. I wanted a Hive thermostat controller and found the engineer again did the installation very quickly and efficiently and spent time with me to explain the workings of my new heating thermostat.
I have used Woods for 15 years plus and found them to be very quick to respond in cases of emergency as well as the day to day maintenance of my appliances when things go wrong.

Two new radiator thermostats were fitted. Excellent service as an engineer was with us on the very day we enquired. After inspecting, we had a phone call within about 20 minutes and he was back the next day to fit the thermostats. I would have no hesitation in recommending G. Woods for their splendid work and at a very acceptable cost.

Worse workman ever used. Bathroom fitted without issue then we had over a year of problems.
From the start the sink leaked - took eight call outs to fix that.
Shower had to be re-sealed....TWICE. Also had to re-seal around the shower exposed thermostat as there was a hole in the join to tiles.
Toilet been fixed twice now, both time the flush button.
Problems when the drainage in the shower - had to replace.
Water leaking in to our kitchen through one of the light fittings. Happened three times before they had to pull up part of bathroom floor and cut holes in the kitchen ceiling. Not once did they call to advise when each part would be fixed. We had to chase and chase. Patched kitchen ceiling and took 2 months to return and plaster, followed by another couple of weeks before painted it. They hadn't even been planning on painting it, we had to insist.
Not once have we had an apology from Gerry Woods. They are not cheap and we expected that to reflect in the work that was carried out. Avoid at all costs.

The most recent work done by G Woods was for the renovation of an old bathroom. Prior to that, they did work in our kitchen, replacing sink and worktops, putting in a new boiler and radiators.

There were inevitable delays in getting materials, but the workmen were excellent, not only in plying their trade but in customer relationships. They were considerate, hard-working and good timekeepers. The quality of work was outstanding. I would happily have them do any other work done, and have recommended them to others.

Repair to main stopcock which was in closed position but not isolating water. Plumber arrived as agreed and carried out work with little disruption. Left work area clean.

Complete refit of bathroom which included having to renew old written floor joists which required extra joinery work which was dealt with quickly and professionally.
Very tidy workmen who were friendly and very dedicated to doing a job well and to our complete satisfaction.

Work comprised replacement of shower, wash basin and toilet. Tiles removed on two walls and replaced with wet wall. All done to a high and totally satisfactory standards.

Absolutely delighted with my new bathroom. Protected all my carpets and left the ongoing job in a tidy state at the end of each day. Excellent workers and an excellent result when completed. Would certainly recommend.

We have used G.Woods Bathrooms Ltd to install a new bathroom 10 years ago. Subsequently they have fitted kitchen items and mended leaks. Every visit has been the same courteous well mannered staff. Clean and tidy workmanship. Always a wonderful service. Always expert workmanship. Lovely organisation.

Total satisfaction with every aspect of work, i.e. planning and design, tiling, plumbing, electrical and joinery work. All workmen were helpful and co-operative, competent and skilled. Absolutely no complaints.
