1st Annual service after installation last December.

The Engineer arrived just after nine am, was very polite and attended to the servicing of my boiler.

Left the site clean and tidy.

My elderly mum who lives alone had an outside blocked drain. She had previously called Gerry Woods when she had a burst pipe and they had come out straight away which was wonderful and they did a great job. Once again they came out quickly and the same young man attended which was reassuring for my mum .
He was a very nice and sorted my mums drain quickly which was fabulous .
Would certainly recommend them to anyone.

These guys removed my 86 year old mums bath and fitted a walk-in shower with all the necessary 'safety features '..seat, grip rails,etc. The guys even stayed on later to wait for my mum on the day she was discharged from hospital so they could ensure that the seat and grip rail positions were suitable for her. Thank you so much.

I needed a replacement mixer tap in my bathroom as the one in use finally packed up. I called G Woods and spoke to Sharon , advised what I was after and after a couple of emails we had agreed on a product, price including fitting and time for work to be carried out. Very nice chap ( sorry but never caught his name ) arrived next morning and had the work completed within an hour. It's not the first time I have used G Woods and I will certainly use again. I trust this company to provide good service at a reasonable price and appreciate not having to call around locally to get multiple estimates. I really couldn't ask for more in terms of the work being carried out swiftly and to a good standard with no mess. On this occasion the job was fairly small, however, based on my experience with G Woods I would not hesitate to call them in when having my bathroom upgraded. Highly recommended.

G Woods supplied and fitted a new ensuite. I am very happy with the quality of the work and the fitters were professional and reliable.

Just moved into a new house & had no hot water. Found G Woods on the trusted trader website. Guy turned up to my house within 30 minutes & had my heating & hot water up and running within an hour. He's also identified a wee leak & I will get him to come back & fit a new hose, as recommended. Really polite & friendly guy. Also really easy to pay on site via card machine. Would definitely recommend.

This was a full rip out and redo of my bathroom.
Claire was brilliant at helping me choose all the items and she sourced everything for me.
The plumbing team were highly skilled professionals. They arrived punctually, worked full days and always tidied up at the end of each day. Everyone that attended the project was polite and also helpful with keeping my house cats safe.
I am so pleased with the end result. Jim and David were excellent and they finished the room to an exceptional standard.

I have used G woods for a number of years now and would not go anywhere else. I recently had a brand new bathroom renovation. I dealt with Claire initially to choose my colour scheme and products she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Jim and david carried out the bathroom renovation they were brilliant from start to finish keeping me updated and done an amazing job I would have no hesitation in recommending G Woods 5 star service.

Whole new replacement bathroom with new toilet, sink and new shower tray and glass panels and wet wall panels. Also towel rail and new closed in light fitment. Mirrored wall cabinet and vanity units give great storage. Very pleased with all done and greatly enjoying the anti-slip shower tray which is very good. Thank you to all l the boys for the work, mostly David and William and James I think, the tiler. Will use again in the future and have used for some plumbing in recent past.

My elderly mother had a complete bathroom refit with a walk in shower replacing the bath. Everything from start to finish was hassle free and Claire's knowledge was invaluable when it came to choosing the new shower, sink, toilet and tiles, together with all the accessories. A big thanks to all the team especially David, Ross and James the tiler. A brilliant job very well done.

I had a completely new family shower room fitted with removal of old bath,sink and fittings. Very happy with the quality of work carried out by the two Davids. The finish of the work and attention to detail was very satisfactory. Claire in the office was most helpful and very up to speed with suppliers and support. She was friendly and kept me updated on timescales etc.

Bathroom was refurbished removing old wall tiles bath wc and sink to new installation involving walk-in shower , dry wall panels ,new sink , and new flooring . Davie the plumber and William the joiner did a fantastic job and quickly solved problems when they arose . The job was completed on schedule and professionally to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend the company.
