Work done was very good

A small bathroom refitted. Initially, I was pleased with the image of the almost finished bathroom. I’m 74 years old and at the time I was juggling just moving into a house that everything needed doing to it. I couldn’t sleep there for weeks. Couldn’t unpack. There was my boxes, kitchen fitters equipment and bathroom supplies everywhere. I started with a £4k bathroom, that ended up a £6k bathroom but it was not fit for purpose. I paid Gordon in full on the day he presented his invoice, before I realised he had sealed the shower screen to the bath and the entry to the bath or shower was tiny. I am 5’ tall and couldn’t reach the taps nor could I reach to clean. Gordon adamantly refused to put it right. Mediation with TT has only resulted in a £100 refund that does not cover labour to put it right. The stress continues. I could have gone to a Small Claims Court but my house is still not unpacked and I don’t need the extra stress. My learning is not to pay in full until you have used your bathroom and know it works for you.

Gordon fitted a new thermostat and that got our heating working again and ensured the wiring was all in order. He was easy to reach on the phone and by text, was clear and upfront about availability, cost and timing and explained clearly what he was going to do in advance and why. Gordon responded quickly to my enquiry, quoted a good price, and rearranged his schedule to prioritise us because we had no heating or hot water. He carried out the work - replacing our boiler - very professionally and it was a pleasure to have him in our home. When a problem in our central heating appeared the next day he came right back and diagnosed it - something that the previous engineer should probably have noticed!

Gordon supplied and fitted a ground floor shower room for a person with limited mobility.
Everything about the service Gordon provided was exceptional. He is a really friendly and outgoing guy which makes everything else so much easier.
This project was a re- fit so the design process was quite straightforward. However, Gordon made a number of practical suggestions about the placement of support handles and an increased toilet height which were not immediately obvious but very worthwhile.
Gordon’s selection of components; wet-wall panels, flooring and brassware all represented good quality and the best value for money.
The installation itself was completed in 41/2 days with minimal disruption. All carpeted and wall surfaces in the immediate vicinity of the installation were thoroughly protected and cleaned at the end of each day.
The fit- out was done with great precision and attention to detail and cleaned- down and checked before being handed over. All debris was bagged and collected by a licensed waste disposal team the end of the job.
I cannot recommend Gordon highly enough. Not only is work is meticulous but he is a pleasure to have working in the house. His patience and empathy in dealing with his elderly, vulnerable client in this case was commendable.

Had a faulty boiler that kept losing pressure and Gordon did a wonderful job of fixing it. 10/10 communication and service. great value for money. i would highly recommend and i will definitely be contacting again in the future for other work.

Gordon came to fix some plumbing issues with my bathroom. He connected some pipes for me and fitted a new shower for me After being let down by other tradesman Gordon came to the rescue and sorted my bathroom as it was needing done quickly as was selling the property. Very trustworthy, reliable, professional and well priced. Couldn't recommend Gordon enough.

I had full toliet took apart to empty room as it was for a old disabled person so i asked for wetwalls shower new toliet pan and i love it fancy lights too . The guy gordon is great hard worker even cleans up after the job takes away your rubbish and great prices too so if you want a excellent job get this worker as he is honest guy.
