Fast response to my enquiry, came promptly to quote, and was able to come within a couple of weeks to clean all my downstairs carpets. Very professional service, and we are very happy with the results. There were some stains we thought would never come out, and they were all removed. Alan and his service were great. Communication was ideal, and he came out to look at the jobs required before work began.
Arrived on-time and was keen to get on with the works planned, while also being very helpful on the day, moving furniture etc as required.
The armchairs and carpets are now perfectly cleaned and I look forward to using Alan again in the future.

Alan attended our home on time and cleaned three cream pure wool carpets. He was friendly, informative, and efficient. When he left, our carpets were spotlessly clean, smelled amazing and had a depth and softness to them which had been missing for quite some time.
Our invoice arrived the next day as promised, and was of a highly competitive price.

Alan cleaned carpets, mattresses and upholstery at our holiday rental caravan. The service I received from initial communication to the actual cleaning itself was first class and reasonably priced. Alan came to see the job, quoted on the spot and carried out the cleaning a week later. Couldn’t have been simpler! The sofa looks brand new and he removed done difficult stains. Very high standard of cleaning. I would highly recommend this service and will certainly be using again.

My experience with Alan today was really really positive, he is a nice guy
He turned up on time and gave me an explanation on what the process would be, he then set up his equipment and got cracking.
What I liked was the fact that there was no corners cut, he is very methodical in his work and the end result was fantastic.
Another bonus is that my carpets were dry soon after he left, allowing the house to be used as normal. I suspect that this is due to the professional equipment that he uses.
I would recommend Alan without hesitation.. :-)

Thanks Alan for the great service that you provided in cleaning the sofas and carpets in my rental caravan in Lossie. Communication throughout has been excellent with both myself and my manager especially as I’m 600 miles away in SE England. The transformation to the sofas is amazing so no more covering them up with the throws! You only came to do the upholstery but stayed and did the carpets too and what a difference it makes! As an older woman on my own, I have had all sorts of trades people out. I’ve noticed 2 distinct groups: the first spot an older single female and take advantage - they either do a shoddy job or over charge, (or both.)
The second category, (in the minority) help as much as they can. Alan definitely comes into that category. I couldn’t believe how long he spent trying to get my old carpets as good as new - he couldn’t have been more helpful. A genuine kind, helpful and trustworthy person. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
