We had a conservatory refurbished by Window World Scotland. They were very professional, good at communicating and all their people were courteous and friendly. We are very happy with what they did.

Replacement back and garage door
The quote and advice was good and the doors were fitted a few weeks later. This is the second time I have used this company(windows a few years ago) and would highly recommend them for service and workmanship.

Window World installed new windows and a composite door. From the outset they were a pleasure to deal with and the installation was done quickly and efficiently.
The fitters attention to detail is first class, with no mess left or touching up of decoration to do.
I’m delighted with their work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.

French doors installed to replace aging patio doors.

Very easy from start to finish. Polite and friendly throughout. Wait for installation was shorter than originally stated, which was a bonus. Installation did not take long at all and the guys did a great job, tidying up before they left and removing all the debris from the old doors and frame. Quality product. The insurance backed 10 year warranty is good to have. Very pleased with final result.

Window World recently installed two doors for us (1 composite and 1 UPVC) in June 2023. Having previously had our windows replaced by Window World 4 years ago, there was no doubt about who we wanted to complete the supply and install of our new doors. Our experience was once again very positive, from the initial visit when a competitive quotation was provided with absolutely no hard sell, to the quick and efficient survey, followed by the flawless install by professional fitters.

The install team arrived on schedule and introduced themselves before getting started. They were extremely polite and obliging with nothing being too much trouble. They were very tidy and provided advice regarding security keys and care of the doors before they left.

I would highly recommend Window World to anyone wishing to replace windows or doors. This family run business has been a pleasure to deal with.

Our conservatory had a polycarbonate roof. It leaked, we had it repaired, it leaked again. It was too hot in summer, too cold in winter and impossible to use when it was raining due to the noise. The roof has been replaced with a 'Cozyroof' solid roof system and the room has been transformed. We now spend a lot of time in the sunroom. The temperature is now the same throughout the ground floor and we haven't noticed any increase in our central heating bills. As an indulgence, we opted to have two electric Velux windows fitted. These windows have self-closing rain sensors. The craftsmanship throughout the project has been first class.

We had a sun porch added to our property to maximise our enjoyment of good weather and also to provide a small private retreat as our property is designed in an open plan style. Window World started work towards the end of 2021 when sourcing building materials was sometimes challenging due in part to the Covid-19 pandemic. However the company worked hard to make it watertight before the Christmas recess and it was almost completed by March 22.
The quality of joinery and paintwork were particularly good and we have had many compliments on the look of our extension. Window World always listened to our requirements and added sensible suggestions of their own. They installed bookshelves and panelling which provided a bespoke finish to the room.

Really happy with the window replacement job, completed on time for the price quoted. I have used them previously and would use them again!

We have had our sunroom for 2 months now and we are over the moon with it. It looks great inside and out. We had an old conservatory replaced and it has made such a difference. Also cannot say enough about the workers. Genuinely great workers that just got on with it and didn’t make you feel uncomfortable in your own house. Would definitely use again in the future.

We've just had a conservatory installed by Window World and would like to thank Dennis, Lee and team for a great job done. We opted for a full installation with us only having to move a chair in and sit down. From the design and obtaining a building warrant to laying the wooden floor everything was organised by them. We were kept informed at each stage of the build and I can honestly say that everyone involved in the installation were excellent tradesmen and always happy to offer us advice as we progressed and were asked to make decisions about things we hadn't thought about. Do not hesitate to contact Window World!!!

Windows replaced throughout. Great service - received good advice to save us money on our initial choices. Great team who worked quickly and left the place spotless. Had a slight hiccough with one of the supplied panes. Window World could not have been more apologetic and replaced quickly at a time that suited. Overall, hugely impressed with a process I had expected to be hugely expensive and stressful and already have recommended the traders to others.
