Rodger fitted an EV charger unit to my property. He dealt with this without fuss and in a very calm and professional fashion. He was happy to answer my phone calls and to keep me updated on progress. He also was able to carry out and complete the work quickly with efficiency at every turn.

As the grants available for such work cease at the end of March speed of service was important. Following the initial contact, Walls completed the onsite survey, procured the charger and associated materials and completed the job within a calendar month.

In addition, Rodger provided useful guidance on which product to buy and explored a number of installation options when onsite, adding real value.

Installing an EV home charging point. Very efficient and professional. Spent some time overcoming a connection problem which was nothing to do with their work. Also took time to explain how to apply for the grants available and how to operate the charging point.

New Fire alarm /detection system installed to meet Regulations . I got a competetive and straightforward quote and installation very straightford with all old kit removed . Polite friendly and knowledgeable , I have nothing but praise for Rodger.

Rodger came to look at my faulty doorbell. He soon realised I needed a full replacement after some thorough checks, and he came back a week later with a new doorbell to fit. Great customer service and will definitely keep Rodger in mind for any future work I need done.

I had 2 smoke alarms and 1 heat detector (interlinked) fitted today for compliance with the Scottish Government Guidelines. Once again I have received excellent service and a good price from Walls Electrical, the work was carried out quickly after my first contact and the fitting was completed on time with no mess; and importantly the alarms were tested and a certificate given.
