Came to my home advised me against the work that I thought was needed, even though it resulted in his financial loss, and gave me free of charge excellent security advice. This shop saved me money and stress. Wonderful to know such good service still exists.

I arranged for a home alarm to be fitted with Thistle Locks and Alarms in Inverkeithing and a house survey was arranged very quickly. Sandy from Thistle Alarms very quickly surveyed my property and gave advice on the type of alarm which would be sufficient for my needs and the total cost for the equipment/installation. Sandy carried out the installation in a professional and timely manner and explained the operating details once completed. I was also assured that I could call them at any time in the future should I require more advice/assistance. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Thistle Locks and Alarms to anyone looking for an alarm system at a competitive price.

A corroded lock was replaced and multiple keys were provided at point of installation which simplified the process. Fast response, speedy job completion and friendly service.

Phoned Thistle Locks today when we couldn’t open our front door. Stuart came within 30 minutes and efficiently sorted the problem. He even had the part required for an old front door in his van. Very impressed.

The service from the gentleman could not be better. My 88 year old Mother has dementia and thought the window was a door to get out. We didn't have the key for the window so took the handle into the guy and he managed to match the key.
