Thistle Locks is a family run business based in Inverkeithing with over 20 years of experience. We provide a first class service to customers throughout the Kingdom of Fife and the surrounding areas.

Our local highly skilled locksmiths provide a second to none professional service.

I snapped our only remaining key in the bonnet of one of our work vans. Sandy came to the rescue and managed to create another key. Its hard to find a Locksmith that cuts van keys these day's without charging a fortune and Thistle Locksmiths managed to sort this at a very reasonable price! They also cut spare keys for cars, boats motorbikes and all sorts of other things. Thanks again Sandy for sorting this out!

I was so impressed with the prompt and pleasant service provided by this business. I had problem with key when trying to remove it. A locksmith came out and dealt with it quickly and efficiently. He was extremely polite and friendly, and I’d have no hesitation in recommending this business.

After being quoted £350 by a large national company, these guys fixed my lock on a double glazed back door in less than 30mins and for only a small callout fee. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Had used Thistle Locks before due to an issue with my back door.
I managed though this time to snap the key off in my front door and somehow managed to have it locked but in the open position. Phoned Thistle locks at 1540 (20mins before closing) and they were there in 20 mins.
Lock removed and new lock in. Absolutely top quality service. Thank you.

We had an issue with our 3 year old daughter escaping out house using the thumb screw lock on the door, I contacted Sandy from Thistle Lock and within a day our locks were changed and gave us the peace of mind our daughter wouldn't escape. Great service and highly recommend

Sandy has literally just left my home. I had a jammed lock and my back door wouldn’t close properly. He kept me informed of when he would manage after completing other work he had already been to do. Not only did he sort out the problem, he was cheery and pleasant as well. Would happily use him again and recommend to others.
