I contacted Jones Heating and explained what my elderly mum needed. She wanted to change her gas hob to electric as sometimes she left the (unlit) gas on. Philip agreed to came out as a matter of urgency the next afternoon to remove the hob and make the gas supply safe. Philip was polite, worked quietly and efficiently. He tidied and cleaned up after himself. His charge was very reasonable. I would fully recommend Jones Heating and would use them again.

Radiators replaced in lounge and wc, the fitters were efficient, tidy and friendly, restored my faith in workmen, as I have been let down by other companies in the past. They attended within a few days of first contacting them, and were very helpful. I will happily recommend Jones heating and will definitely use them again in the future.

Spot on advice, excellent communication and quality workmanship. We have used Jones Heating for a couple of jobs now and have been super pleased by their service and care with our home. Will be recommending them to friends and family too.

Philip has serviced boiler for last couple of years. He also installed a new radiator in my en-suite… excellent service, he cleaned everything up afterwards. A genuine lovely guy!!! 5***** service & I will always recommend him to others!! Keep up the excellent work

I contacted this company for an annual inspection of my combi boiler. I am extremely pleased with the work of the team. They checked the boiler and radiators to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Jones Heating when they installed my new boiler. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the installation process and ensured everything was up and running smoothly. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they left the area clean and tidy. I booked Philip to carry out the annual service to our gas boiler via their website. The entire experience was first class and on the morning of the service Philip contacted me to say he would be there in about 15 mins.
During the work I mentioned that the water needed regular topping up. Philip quickly checked, found and replaced a couple of leaking TRVs.
I knew there would be extra to pay but was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable it was.
Philip was clean tidy and considerate in his work and i will absolutely use Jones Heating again. Highly recommended.

Philip and his guys replaced our old back boiler and fitted a new combi. Very fairly priced and did an Absolutely amazing job, cannot fault one bit. Everything was well explained, and the team were always polite and helpful. They were clean and considerate (despite me telling them on multiple occasions they didn't have to worry). They went above and beyond to get us set up with heating and hot water. He even returned at a later date to change an extension pipe so the colour would match as it wasn't in stock when he fitted it originally, and took the time to change a leaky trv whilst he was here!
Would highly recommend them, and will definitely use again in the future.

We have used Jones Heating for a variety of services, including fixing a burst outside pipe, an emergency boiler leak, and replacing a radiator. Phillip is always very fast to reply and is very personable and professional and has often gone above and beyond to help us. He clearly explains the work he is going to carry out and is very fairly priced. We would highly recommend Jones Heating.
