Asked for a home visit for a quote (via this website) and this company responded after 3 days. made an arrangement for them to come to our home and 2 weeks later we are still waiting for that visit. Very, very poor customer service

We recently bought a property in St Andrews and we wanted to renovate the kitchen as well as to build a toilet in the ground floor. Then we decided to change the doors and the flooring downstairs. We consider ourselves extremely lucky that we found Stuart and he was available to help us with this job.
I can write a full report explaining how good Stuart and his team are but I need to be short so:
1) They build a toilet for us where anyone else found it impossible to build considering the restrictions we had.
2) Stuart was happy to exchange the door we (my and my husband) ordered and was proven not suitable and bring us a new door free of charge.
3) Resolve all the problems that the house had including a leak at the bathroom upstairs that affected the sealing in the kitchen.
Stuart and his team is an extremely reliable choice and I would and defiantly will recommend them to anyone looking for some good quality work to be done. The cost of the work was also reasonable and I could not even think of a better value for money considering how good is the work they did in the house. I would give them 10 starts if I could. We love our new home :-)
