We needed some tree work done in areas where the potential for damage to surrounding buildings was considerable. From the initial survey visit to driving off after the work was done, the whole process was carried out thoughtfully, safely and efficiently with plenty of good humoured banter, and the occasional song, from the lads on site.

A great team effort and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Special Branch came on three occasions to trim some of my trees. Each time, they were courteous and highly professional, doing exactly what I had discussed with them, and removing all the branches that they had cut down, and leaving the garden tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have used Special Branch services many times over the years and have never been disappointed. The workers are polite and helpful, they clean up after themselves, they ask before doing anything dramatic or they are unsure about, they take safety seriously, they turn up on time and, really, there is nothing at all to complain about. We will definitely ask Special Branch to work on our garden again.

Had a very large hedge significantly reduced in height and it was shaped. All cuttings and debris removed. Several tress pruned and thinned out. Again all wood removed. The tree surgeons were always prompt on site, friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Work was very efficiently carried out. Would not hesitate to use again. Cannot recommend highly enough.

When we first moved into our house I contacted Mark to remove an overgrown tree and some hedges. Could not recommend more. Their care and attention was beyond the norm and I would have zero hesitation in recommending them.

Mark is an extremely knowledgeable, professional tree surgeon who both understands what is required in a job but can also give expert advice.
The large job required a team of Mark's tree surgeons for several days, and the whole team were hard working, polite, professional and left the site clean and tidy. They have all the necessary equipment, training and insurance that one would expect from a good company.
