very good service, did everything they said they would, when they would, replacement blinds, last blinds supplied by same business over 20 years ago, sure the new blinds will last as long as the 1st set fitted.

Very pleasant guy fitted blind in under 10 minutes and kindly apologised for being later than I was told.

I have used Shadow Blinds for approx 20 years. Firstly to install vertical blinds throughout house and conservatory,
I have replaced slats on two occasions and am really pleased with the result and quality.
The service in the showroom was excellent and hopefully I can continue with the good service

I had emailed ShadowBlinds during lockdown about a week before they were due to open again. I wasn’t expecting a response right away since I knew they were still closed, but they got back to me immediately with a quote and scheduled a site visit as soon as they were open. Their rep came as scheduled and on time and couldn’t fault their recommendations. Went ahead and ordered our blinds and they were delivered and installed within the specified timeframe. Really happy with the service and the product! Highly recommended!

Blinds fitted in our Summer House, used Shadow Blinds a number of times. Have had a few hiccups in the past but this was quickly rectified and still continue to use them.
