Renewed slats for vertical blinds in lounge and dining room. The sales person Janice in the Dunfermline showroom was excellent. We had the slats within the week and we are delighted with them.

I had emailed ShadowBlinds during lockdown about a week before they were due to open again. I wasn’t expecting a response right away since I knew they were still closed, but they got back to me immediately with a quote and scheduled a site visit as soon as they were open. Their rep came as scheduled and on time and couldn’t fault their recommendations. Went ahead and ordered our blinds and they were delivered and installed within the specified timeframe. Really happy with the service and the product! Highly recommended!

I have used Shadow Blinds for approx 20 years. Firstly to install vertical blinds throughout house and conservatory,
I have replaced slats on two occasions and am really pleased with the result and quality.

We ordered 5 blinds for the upstairs. As we were getting the bathroom renovated I asked if the bathroom roller blind could be fitted a week later, which wasn't a problem to Shadow Blinds. All blinds fitted perfectly and in a professional manner. The roller blind, which was measured prior to the bathroom makeover did not fit due to tiles being put on the window surround, however the fitter said it wasn't a problem to have the blind adjusted at no extra cost. I wouldn't hesitate to use Shadow Blinds again or recommend them to anyone. 5 star service.

I ordered 2 new vertical blinds from Shadow Blinds. The salesman showed up on time and was very courteous and helpful. We are in the process of totally redecorating our lounge and dining room which are actually 2 rooms separated by an ornate brick chimney breast. Since the dining room is almost finished, we asked for the first blind to be delivered before the one for the lounge. This was arranged for Friday but since the job progressed faster, I then changed it to the Tuesday. Shadow Blinds were very accommodating and assured me it was no problem whatsoever. Today the fitter fitted our new blind in the dining room. The appointment was for the afternoon between the hours of 1 and 5 o'clock and he appeared at 1.30 which was perfect for us. He was very professional and quickly fitted our new blind and was exceptionally neat and tidy in doing so. The whole experience for both my wife and myself was very pleasant. We are both looking forward very much to the lounge blind being fitted in the near future. I have no hesitation in recommending Shadow Blinds.

Purchased a pleated blind recently .. when I booked an appointment for measuring up , the guy was bang on time and very professional... when installing it was fitted so easily the guy was really pleasant, and my blind is so modern and fits perfectly.. definitely will be back to upgrade the rest of my blinds very soon
