First class service from start to finish.On two occasions I visited the showroom in Dunfermline and met with the sales advisors. They are professional, helpful and very friendly.Also great service from the measuring and fitting team.I would also like to thank the staff at the factory and head office. Have used Shadow Blinds for bedroom blinds, perfect fit blinds for patio doors, kitchen roller blinds for the last few years. Everyone from sales advisor, fitter, admin is professional, punctual. Job well done.

I had used shadow blinds before and wanted blinds for the other windows in my house. The kitchen window I thought I could not get a blind for as with kitchen refurbishment there was no room to hang one. No need to worry as they gave me a blind that clipped onto the pvc window itself and looks fantastic. I am really pleased. My only disappointment was the blind I ordered for my hall which I had asked for a longer cord on did not have the long cord. I spoke to the fitter about this and he was excellent. He had spare cord in the van so changed it there and then for me.

Very good quality and service, will use again

Had lounge and dining room vertical blinds fitted yesterday. Excellent service from start to finish, measured and quote given and no pressure to buy, I then phoned and ordered, fitted within 2 weeks and old blinds and rails taken away. Very happy with quality too.
