First class service from start to finish.On two occasions I visited the showroom in Dunfermline and met with the sales advisors. They are professional, helpful and very friendly.Also great service from the measuring and fitting team.I would also like to thank the staff at the factory and head office. Shadow Blinds offer high quality blinds at affordable prices.I am absolutely delighted with my new blinds and roller blinds.I would highly recommend Shadow Blinds to my family, friends and work colleagues.

The engineer fitted a Roller Blind on my kitchen window, he made a good job as I have had Roller Blinds fitted on the rest of my windows, that is 2 windows in the living room and 2 windows in the bedrooms beforehand and the service was immaculate.

I had almost the whole house supplied with blinds. The process from the initial phone all to the fitting of the blinds ,was stress free. The salesman was very patient and informative in answering all my questions and brought along a good range of samples although I was unable due to restrictions to view samples in the shop.
The man who fitted the blinds was very courteous ,pleasant and professional. He removed the old blinds which was a bonus for me as in the past from another company, I was required to dispose of them myself. The whole process was unobtrusive and very slick.
I can highly recommend this company. I also thought that given the amount of blinds I required, it was good value for money.
