Had lounge and dining room vertical blinds fitted yesterday. Excellent service from start to finish, measured and quote given and no pressure to buy, I then phoned and ordered, fitted within 2 weeks and old blinds and rails taken away. Very happy with quality too.

I had used shadow blinds before and wanted blinds for the other windows in my house. The kitchen window I thought I could not get a blind for as with kitchen refurbishment there was no room to hang one. No need to worry as they gave me a blind that clipped onto the pvc window itself and looks fantastic. I am really pleased. My only disappointment was the blind I ordered for my hall which I had asked for a longer cord on did not have the long cord. I spoke to the fitter about this and he was excellent. He had spare cord in the van so changed it there and then for me.

Fitted blinds installed. No problems. Fitted six blinds quickly and efficiently.

Well, we have now used Shadow Blinds to fit blinds to every room in our house. The last blinds fitted were for the kitchen and again, as every previous time the service was so smooth from the measuring to fitting. Great customer service as well. Will use Shadow Blinds again if we ever have to replace blinds.
