Entire roof re-tiled and repaired. Work carried out was excellent, from dealing with Stevie (Company Director) to Kelly his sister in the office and the team of Stevie Jnr, Mark, Conner and the lads who carried out the work they were all professional, hard working, polite and nothing was too much trouble. SM ROOFING & BUILDING did a great job on my 200 year old house in Auchtermuchty. There had been water getting in at both gable ends and they carried out repairs to the walls, roof, chimneys and gutters. The work was carried out by a very efficient and knowledgable team taking care to produce an excellent replacement roof. They also cleaned up well behind themselves.

We have had a leaking flat roof since we bought our house in 2018 and it has gotten progressively worse. We contacted SM in November 2023 and Kelly was really helpful and friendly, scheduling an appointment for getting us a quote that week despite being very busy. Stevie arrived promptly, was extremely friendly and was able to quickly identify the issues and send us through a quote that same day for a full replacement. Kelly then scheduled us in. As bad weather held up some jobs, Kelly ensured we were kept up to date with their expected timeline and as soon as a date was available for us, we were made aware of the date and time we could expect them. The team arrived on Tuesday and finished the job today (Friday). The team were excellent- prompt, tidy, respectful of us and our neighbours and kept us up to date when the work was unavoidably delayed on Wednesday by heavy rain. We now have a solid roof which has made our home warmer and drier already and we are deeply grateful to SM Roofing for their excellent work. A wonderful business with excellent customer service and high quality work- worth every penny and we would highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

I had to replace my sofits and have a repair done to part of my extension roof Stevie and his team were excellent he explained what needed to be done and advised me on every step of the way always with a cheerful smile and very polite manner on completion the whole surrounds of my property was cleaned to a high standard

Repair to garage roof Stevie & Kelly McQueen and their team are first class nothing is too much trouble for this company. The do what they say on the tin no money up front and customer service that you cannot buy. Temporary repairs carried out within 1 hour of contacting the SM Team . Full Repair carried out to my complete satisfaction the SM Roofing experience was a pleasure having been let down previously by other contractors with bad customer service and poor workmanship. SM Roofing have done a wonderful job replacing our soffits, facias and drainpipes. Extremely professional right from the initial visit to provide a quote, right through the removal of old soffits, facias and drainpipes to the installation of new materials. The team of workers were prompt in arriving each day, were extremely proficient and kept us fully informed as to work being done and completed the job to our entire satisfaction. We have used SM roofing previously to have our roof replaced. This was also an excellent job. Would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

The third time this firm has done work for me. This time, they replaced the roof on my bungalow. Nice job, nice price and good workmanship. No complaints whatsoever. Site left in a clean condition.
What amused me most was when (at the conclusion of the work) one of the squad (a young woman) cleaned the fascias and down-pipes with a large can of wet wipes - to ensure that the finished job looked just right. Nae bother. Much appreciated.

This firm have been fantastic. They replaced our roof, fascia’s etc. did exactly what they said they would do and the team were brilliant. Cleaned up every day. You wouldn’t have know they were there. Stevie and Kelly are always available to have a chat and nothing is too much trouble. Since having our roof done we have had work done on our kitchen as had a water leak and they made sure the kitchen was back to normal in time for Xmas. Can’t recommend them enough. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We used this company a few years ago to repair one part of the flat roof. We were very pleased with the work done. So when we decided to replace completely the other flat part of the roof (over thirty years since it was last replaced), we decided to use the same company. Stevie McQeen arrived promptly, assessed the roof and e-mailed a quote by the end of that day. Two weeks later, the roofing has been replaced over a three day period. No mess, no hassle and a photograph showing the new roofing.
