We have had water ingress into our property for a period of time and have had a number of Roofing Companies come out and try and locate what the issue is to no avail.
I discussed my issue with R&J Roofing whom were honest to say that they thought they may not be able to help but would be happy to come out to at least provide some advice.
Well it was a good thing they did come out, they had a thorough inspection of the roof and quickly identified the possible issue. They then set about making a fix. What was most appreciated for me was they said that to try what they had done and to see if it worked. They also refused to take any payment as they said it was only potential fix.
We have had no water ingress since and R&J Roofing were decent enough to call me a few weeks later to check how things were.
Decent, honest company and nice genuine people.

They re-roofed my extension to a very high standard (they had previously re-roofed my garage). I will have them do my main roof when it eventually needs replacement..
I have found them very collaborative to ensure they understand requirements, diligent - completing the roof very fast to a very high standard, removed all waste materials and cleaned up after themselves....I have found them to be competitively priced on the two occasions that I have used them. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish..

A section of our Ridge Tile securing mechanism blew off. R&J Roofing were able to source the replacement part which was no longer manufactured and fit it quickly. They also suggested an additional method of securing the Ridge tiles which they also implemented to help ensure the same issue did not happen again.
Pictures were sent after the job was completed.

We had a leaky flat roof which had just been repaired over many years & the drains were clogged up with roots from a pampas grass. R&J Roofing cleared out the drains & removed the damaged insulation then replaced the insulation making it watertight. They referred the drip edges to the entire perimeter.
The roofers were very friendly, polite & hard working. They turned up when they said they would.
