The owner, Dougie Quinn, was very professional when he came to assess for the quotation which was delivered as a well laid out and detailed breakdown of the job. It was completed by two very professional and pleasant members of his team who did a great job from start to finish.

We are very happy with the service and quality of the replacement soffits, gutters and downpipes provided by Quinn Roofing and Building Ltd and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other householders.

Cast iron gutter repair. Dougie and his team did a great job fixing an old leaking cast iron gutter. Communication throughout the whole process was prompt. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again.

Requested a quote ,and received a very competitive quote the next day, which I readily accepted .i was informed of starting date ,how long work would take.

Last year Dougie and his team replaced our roof ridge tiles. We were so impressed with the quality of workmanship and professionalism, we’ve just had the team replace our guttering and fascia.

No loud music blaring or unsavoury language. All debris/old materials were removed, with our outdoor area left immaculate.

Dougie renewed one our flat dormer roof with new wood and rubber, instead of felt. He is very professional, but also friendly, with great communication. We will definitely be asking them to come back when our other dormer needs done!

Dougie and his team were very reliable, and provided a good quality of workmanship. They removed our gutters, removed rotten facials, replaced with new, and did first class job of painting and replacing gutters so that they were running properly into the drain system.

I had several jobs done at once, old roughcast removed and replaced on my back steps as well as re-pointing on front and back steps. Other roughcast patch jobs around the property, also old wooden cladding removed and replaced. The team arrived bright and early in the morning and set up quickly and efficiently leaving everything neatly covered overnight. All jobs finished in 2 days whilst I was out at work. We hardly knew they were there. No mess left behind. First class company. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will use them again.

I had new fashia and gutters fitted on the front and rear of my house and also new tile battens fitted on the gable end. New copping stones fitted on front garden wall and wall roughcast. I would highly recommend Quinn roofing as very reliable, work was started earlier than arranged which was brilliant. The guys were always polite and cheery even when they had my two dogs to contend with!
All the old gutters & waste etc were disposed of there wasn't any mess left.

Quinn roofing and building were excellent from start to finish. Arrived at the time arranged and delivered a quote within 24 hours with a full breakdown of the work to be carried out.
The garage roof was stripped and replaced within 2 days. All areas were left tidy and the work was of an excellent standard.

I had a small leak on my roof. Which was diagnosed relatively quickly.

As well, I discussed with Dougie the gutters, pipes of the house as there were areas of concern. Following a quote, I commissioned Dougie to carry out the work; two tiles were replaced, guttering for the whole house has been replaced, waste pipes/other pipes were replaced over two days.

Overall I was impressed with the work carried out and happy his firm have done a good job. I have even as well had a quote from him to re harl the whole house as it needs doing soon. As an expensive job I will need quotes granted; but feel I will be using his services again, thank you.

Removed solar panels and roof tiles. Covered roof area with membrane and new roof tiles. Reinstalled solar panels. Fitted new gutters and repaired cement work at chimney. Supplied scaffolding and skip with permits. Quotes were provided promptly and Dougie and his team were punctual, hardworking with a good work ethic.

Replaced roof slates and replaced roof on 2 dormers. Replaced wooden cladding on dormers with slate, repairs to gutters and mortar work.
