A large tree with a small fungus infection was pollarded, two vastly overgrown evergreen shrubs were well-pruned back and a tall, rotted fence post was replaced.
On initial inspection, Jim explained and discussed the issues and solutions to all the items listed. His approach always has at its heart, both the health and welfare of the trees or shrubs, and also their ultimate appearance; their shape, balance and the new canopy of fresh growth.
After the work was completed, Jim and his colleague left the site looking immaculate.
All personnel, including Claire in the office, are always courteous, friendly and professional.

Apple trees pruned and cypress tree removed.
All the apple and pear trees were pruned and brought into shape from their previous overgrown and messy appearance. The cypress tree removed completely. All the debris was removed with no mess left behind in the garden nor on the street. The workers were easy to talk to and happy to discuss and answer any questions.

Claire in the office was always pleasant and willing to work through some communication problems I was having through my own fault.

PTree removed two holly bushes and a huge cyprus from a fairly constricted space in my garden. They also cleared the stumps and left everything clean tidy and ready to plant. Excellent job done, friendly staff who undertook the work,. Tidied a up all clippings and branches and took them away. All areas left immaculate. Thoroughly recommended.

PTree responded to my initial inquiry by promptly arranging an assessment of my overgrown garden by a specialist, who explained the available options clearly and the timescales for completion. Having agreed a plan, PTree provided a detailed quotation of the cost and then arranged for the work to take place at a convenient time. Although a considerable amount of excess growth in the garden had to be removed, the work was completed with minimal disruption and left no residual debris, despite the removal of a large amount of bulky garden waste. During the work, I was kept informed about progress at relevant stages and provided with images for future reference. Afterwards, PTree waited for my approval before submitting the final invoice as per the original quotation. All round, PTree's service was excellent: on time, professional and competitively priced.
