Have bought a car here and found the service, professional manner and friendliness very good. I now use this company for MOT and service for both my cars and value the quality work and friendly customer service.

Work was carried out on time.
Car was ready for collection earlier than I expected. Other garages seem to keep the car longer for no apparent reason.

Recovery and Puncture repair. My tyre developed a puncture that wasn't possible to inflate, phoned for recovery which was very prompt and having my tyre repaired and back on the road was less than 1.5hrs. Excellent service and very professional duty of care for myself and my car.

Fiat-based motorhome : service & MOT. Staff courteous, polite and friendly. Communication likewise and easy. Work done thoroughly and cleanly. Would definitely use again!

Got a puncture on Monday evening driving over a pothole. Drove the 5 minutes home carefully. Phoned North Road Garage next morning and was booked in for Tuesday pm. However, car was no longer driveable so the garage sent a mechanic to remove my wheel and replace my tyre. Was done within 2 hours. Excellent service.

Annual services and mot’s are done, everything fully explained when further work is necessary.

Fiat Ducato-based motorhome. Timing belt and aircon belt replaced. Service & MOT. From the very first moment I stepped into reception to discuss the work and make the appointment I was struck by the good, old-fashioned politeness and courtesy. [that did not preclude a welcome sense of humour, however]. Special mention for Alex Campbell !! While the work was being carried out I was given a courtesy car. I was kept informed of progress although the work was carried out very swiftly. The vehicle was well looked after - even to the cable-ties on the wheel-trims being replaced. [I nearly lost a wheel-trim when my motorhome was in the hands of a Fiat "Professional" in the past - not this trader.]
