Two trees were felled, one close to a boundary wall. This was taken down piecemeal to avoid collateral damage to other shrubs.
Other trees were trimmed to remove interference of branches with phone line. Roots of the two trees felled were ground out.
Only one word to describe the work by Norrie Sloan and his team - OUTSTANDING.

Norrie and his team were hired to cut back two magnolia trees and a holly tree in my garden. The work was carried out efficiently and the team were diligent in tidying up the cuttings and leaves afterwards. We were very happy with the work done.

This company has worked for me on numerous occasions over last ten years. Latest job was completed yesterday. A silver birch massively reduced in size. rotten tree removed, several others either lowered in height or heavy branches removed to reduce weight and risk. Everything completed quickly efficiently and safely. Site left cleaner than when they arrived.

Norrie Sloan Tree Services have undertaken a variety of work on different scales on the Estate over several years.
Each time, they have proven to be a very professional and efficient team, and their work is of a very high standard.
In a nutshell, we would not even consider using any other company.

Norrie Sloan has undertaken work for me on four or five different occasions ranging from taking down approximately 30 trees in a small overgrown wooded area to individual trees that posed a risk to my or neighbours houses. Some of this was removal of complete trees and some cutting back heavy limbs or dying wood. He also ground out tree stumps/roots left in the garden. It was important to me that there was no risk to my neighbours property during the work and I had total confidence that this was the case. His workers are mainly family members and thoroughly reliable, friendly and VERY hard workers! The working area in the garden was left clean and tidy. They arrived exactly when they said they would and worked quickly and efficiently. I have just arranged another tranche of work and have no doubt it'll be carried out just as efficiently and safely.

Crown lifting at low level and working at height, tree felling, removal of caught up and windblown trees, chipping. Working in challenging locations and public areas, with all risks managed competently and site left tidy as required.
