Matrix made me new curtains for my living room with matching cushion covers.

The customer service is second to non, very fast and efficient. The cushion covers were perfect but unfortunately, there was a flaw in the curtain material which was only noticed when the curtains were hanging at the window.

I contacted Matrix who immediately arranged for a replacement pair which I received in 10 days from re- order. Fantastic service and the curtains are perfect.

Friendly tradesman with very high quality workmanship. Extended legs on chair are as good as the originals. They don't look out of place. Similar with blocks to raise bed. Colour matched to rest of furniture, excellent.
