Matrix made me new curtains for my living room with matching cushion covers.

The customer service is second to non, very fast and efficient. The cushion covers were perfect but unfortunately, there was a flaw in the curtain material which was only noticed when the curtains were hanging at the window.

I contacted Matrix who immediately arranged for a replacement pair which I received in 10 days from re- order. Fantastic service and the curtains are perfect.

I contacted Matrix, having read a favourable review on Facebook, to have dining chair seats re- upholstered. I received a prompt and courteous reply with a very acceptable quote. I dropped the seats of in the morning and received them back the same afternoon. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the customer service first class.
