From start to finish, I found the staff at Matrix to be very knowledgeable about their products. We discussed our requirements at full length and agreed to minor changes. We were able to view product at various stages of build. Delivered timely and installed with care. This was a bespoke design and they executed exactly. Would recommend this team greatly. Matrix Fife came to put blocks under our sofa and bed in order to improve life for my husband who has Alzheimer's. I was very impressed with their work. They phoned to make an appointment, arrived on time, completed the sofa, measured for the bed, gave a timescale, phoned within this to make an appointment, yet again arrived on time and completed the job. Very pleasant gentleman to deal with.

Contacted Matrix to see if they renewed sofa cushion foam. On learning this certainly was a service they offered, we dropped off both sofa cushions. They checked firmness we required with sample cushions and thereafter renewed our foam. Very fast service and we were delighted from start to finish with service we received. Would 100% recommend and won't hesitate using again. Glenn was main contact and couldn't fault him.

Matrix made me new curtains for my living room with matching cushion covers.
The customer service is second to non, very fast and efficient. The cushion covers were perfect but unfortunately, there was a flaw in the curtain material which was only noticed when the curtains were hanging at the window.
I contacted Matrix who immediately arranged for a replacement pair which I received in 10 days from re- order. Fantastic service and the curtains are perfect.

I contacted Matrix, having read a favourable review on Facebook, to have dining chair seats re- upholstered. I received a prompt and courteous reply with a very acceptable quote. This job was the installation of an external LED solar light and a Door Viewer. The Viewer was fitted to a brand new front door and looks as if it is an integral part of it and not an addition. The solar light was fitted to a corner of the house and will illuminate what was a dark access over the winter months. The job took 15-20 minutes max and was efficiently carried out with a full explanation of how it was all being done and how the light in particular would operate (solar).

I am very impressed with the work that Matrix Fife have done for me. Everything from start to finish has been done within a good time frame. I dealt with the upholstery section to have two sofas re-stuffed. They took one sofa on the Wednesday, returned it on the Thursday and took the second one. That was returned later the same day. Both came back looking like new. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. I would definitely use again and recommend this company to others.

This is the third time I have used Matrix Fife to do work for us and once again we have been delighted with the work done. The sofa was resprung and a broken part replaced. Everything went according to plan as regard time and cost. The men removed a heavy leather sofa very efficiently under Bob's guidance and returned it a few days later. I either needed a new suite or have the cushions re stuffed. The suite is a good quality leather and fitted well into space I have but was becoming uncomfortable due to the seats sagging. Matrix came to the house to check that the suite was in good enough condition to go to the expense of fixing it. I then received a quote within a couple of days. The price was very reasonable. A chair and 2 seater settee was taken away first to leave me with the other settee to sit on. They were delivered back completed and the other one taken away. All the staff I had dealings with at Matrix were professional and helpful. The completed job is excellent and has given new life to the suite. Thank you Matrix

We contacted Matrix about re-covering six dining room chairs as we had used them previously to re-cover a chair. We asked if they could match up the covers with the same as they had used previously. The chairs were photographed, an estimate given and agreed and they were collected on a Tuesday and returned on Thursday of the same week. We also got a footstool covered to match.

I got an old piano stool fixed, varnished and re-upholstered. I am delighted! What a fantastic job the guy has made of it. From start to finish the service was excellent. We learned by recommendation of Matrix Fife's business activity in Dalgety Bay, by an ex colleague who had had a three piece suite recovered and was delighted with the outcome. We were most impressed with the whole professional set up when we were shown into the impressive out building which highlighted the various skillfull products on offer and Barbara, their welcoming Manager talked us through the ordering procedure. We agreed to go ahead and commissioned Matrix Fife to recover a tub chair and was very happy with the finished article, looking good in the material which we chose from a vast array of samples. We are definitely satisfied customers.

We needed new cushions complete with new covers to fit over our dining room chairs which are of Chinese traditional design and the cushions required in-cuts to accommodate the vertical supports for the arm rests and backrest. The staff were very helpful in choosing the most suitable fabric for the covers and the depth of the cushions. The work was done in a timely manner and the finished product looked perfect and fitted perfectly. The workmanship was of a very high standard. So, all in all, we were very happy with all aspects of the transaction. We were told about Matrix Fife by a friend who had a wide-backed chair re-covered and we saw the quality of the work and we were impressed.

The first time was around seven years ago when they covered six dining chairs - the choice of fabrics and colours was great. We picked three different colours of the same fabric for six chairs and they still looked great. Since then we have had an occasional chair covered twice and this has given it a new lease of life each time.
The staff are professional as well as friendly and helpful, the work they do is of a high standard and the range of fabrics you can choose from is of good quality. They will also offer advice if you require this.
We will definitely use them again and have recommended their services to many people.

I am a council employee who requested their services to raise tenant's chair. They arrived as arranged and quickly put blocks on legs of chair. They were very friendly and pleasant with myself and tenant. Very happy with service.

From site survey to completion Matrix were highly professional and manufactured an excellent finished product to a high specification. Throughout the duration of the projects their communication was second to none. The project was completed on time and within budget.
