From looking after various rental properties of mine to my own home, there is nobody else I would use. I have used Lcom Gas Limited to fit boilers, heating systems and undertake annual services and safety certificates in various properties. Prices and workmanship cannot be beat. After referrals to friends and family, Lcom Gas Limited now deals with all their heating needs.

Lee from Lcom Gas Limited came round to replace the ballcock valve on our water tank, and also sorted out the hot water to our kitchen tap (only cold water was coming out). Very happy with the service, and he came round to fix the problem within a week. Will definately use Lcom again!

The guys fitted a new boiler, replaced a 30 year system so loads of pipe work and re-sighting work. Not a single complaint they kept me in the loop from start to finish- great job I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We contacted LCOM Gas to provide an estimate & timescale for the installation of a new boiler. Lee came round personally the next day to survey and provided us with a full quotation for the agreed scope of works. Throughout the undertaking of the agreed works, it was reassuring that there was a high level of technical knowledge & understanding from Lee and his team. All works were carried out to our total satisfaction and completed within the agreed timescale. Lee & his team’s cleanliness during and post works was exceptional with excellent communication throughout. This was definitely good value for money. Since the boiler installation we have had Lee return to install a new radiator, towel rail, change taps & install hot water into the garage and again all works were completed to our total satisfaction. It’s refreshing to find an engineer who’s perspective is to find solutions and find ways to make it work for the customer.

Boiler serviced

When i had an issue with my boiler the winter before last i contacted Lee who promptly come out to review the issue. Not only did he resolve the problem efficiently, but they also kept me informed throughout the entire process. His communication is what really sets Lee apart from most other local traders, in my view.

Since then, I’ve become a member of their homeplan service, and I couldn’t be happier. When my boiler was due for a service, he proactively contacted me, scheduled an appointment, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The service provided is excellent.
