Lee came on the recommendation of a friend. I’m so glad that I acted on it. His communication was excellent, every step of the way: from first contact, me having to reschedule and on the day. When entering my property, he removed his shoes and lay protective coverings around the work area. My gas fire wasn’t igniting and he found the fault straight away. He explained it all very clearly. Without a shadow of doubt I would highly recommend Lee. He is thorough and conscientious and obviously takes pride in his trade.

We had our gas central heating installed last year. First class installation from beginning to end and looks after our annual service too. Can highly recommend!

Thank goodness I decided to go with this company’s monthly plan. Had I not, on Lee’s inspection for the maintenance plan neither of those leaks would have been found.
Lee came & found 2 gas leaks (one inside the boiler & one outside the boiler). I did not know I had either.
This was found 6 months after an annual service done by another gas engineer & a new part fitted one month prior to Lee coming.
I’m so grateful to Lee finding those leaks & fixing the problem straight away.
I will now use his maintenance plan & hopefully never have another problem with my equipment.

Lift an area of floor and reroute central heating pipe work. Remove old radiator and fit new designer radiator. Removed gas hob and fitted new hob. Fixed leaking radiator valve. Fixed a low pressure issue on boiler.
Also removed and old radiator in our hallway and fitted a new more efficient radiator.
Also , full gas safety check at buy to let property and Legionella testing. This was done over multiple visits over the last 3 months and everything was completed to the highest standard. Honestly wouldn’t use anyone else now for any of our properties .

Lee always prompts when the boiler service is due. Lee communicates well & is always reliable. I requested an extra job to be carried out & received a quote within 24 hours along with his available dates. I wouldn’t go past LC Gas …. Consistent 5* service!!

Arrived exactly on time. Was concerned about disruption of getting radiators taken out and new ones fitted but Lee carried out a seamless job taking care with our property and offering good advice. So pleased with the job and now enjoying a cosy cottage! Great price for quality workmanship too!

Everything was explained
I had a wee issue & sent a text as to what had happen & was given the answer to the problem
They also took down a radiator & then came back to put it back on when I decorating
