Discovered Lee 2 years ago when I moved into this property. His work is first class, he now does my boiler service every year. He was back last week to instal the en-suite, fantastic job as usual, kept me informed of what he was doing, explained the process and left the area clean and tidy (as usual) a side note, for weeks I’ve kept smelling a “chemical” smell, no one else could smell it. I opened the front door to Lee and he said are you using any gas appliance? I said no, he said you’ve got a gas leak! He tested and found the leak and repaired it and did NOT charge me. How’s that for service?

Lee did the plumbing for me new kitchen, and in the process replaced the stopcock and outside drain when it became clear there was a problem. He does excellent work and is very reliable.

Have used Lee and the team for my annual gas/ boiler service for the last couple of years. Most recently yesterday. Lee and the team are always professional and polite in their approach. They arrive when they say they will and as a customer they keep me updated when I am expecting them. This helps for planning my day.
Paperwork is always completed and emailed to me almost instantly.
As yet I haven’t needed the team for anything else other than an annual service however I would have no concerns at all about picking up the phone to Lee should I need any further work done.

Have used LCOM for several years.
From servicing and repairing our old boiler, then done a fantastic job recommending and installing new one for us and continued annual services. Lee and his team are polite, helpful, provide great customer support and I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Work done on a full house radiator replacement. Excellent service from a professional with years in the trade. Extremely knowedgable with a hands on, professional approach keeping you right every step of the way. Work was undertaken and completed within a day with extra steps taken to apply care and respect to the household minimising disruption as much as possible. They had no qualms with staying back until they were absolutely satisfied that the job was complete to a high standard and that I was well informed of the next steps even ensuring a catch up to round off any questions post install and to address any concerns should they arise.

Our boiler wasn't working meaning we had no heating or hot water on one of the coldest days of the year. Lee responded quickly to my message and came out within the hour to fix the problem. He kept me informed throughout. First class service

From looking after various rental properties of mine to my own home, there is nobody else I would use. I have used Lcom Gas Limited to fit boilers, heating systems and undertake annual services and safety certificates in various properties. Prices and workmanship cannot be beat. After referrals to friends and family, Lcom Gas Limited now deals with all their heating needs.

Lee from Lcom Gas Limited came round to replace the ballcock valve on our water tank, and also sorted out the hot water to our kitchen tap (only cold water was coming out). Very happy with the service, and he came round to fix the problem within a week. Will definately use Lcom again!
