Everything was explained
I had a wee issue & sent a text as to what had happen & was given the answer to the problem
They also took down a radiator & then came back to put it back on when I decorating
Very helpful friendly

Lee diagnosed a solution to a longstanding radiator issue while I was getting my boiler serviced, and was able to fit me in quickly to come and fix it before Christmas. He and his colleague got all the work completed in four hours and although some floorboards needed to be lifted they minimised the impact and left everything in a neat and tidy condition. The quote for four hours work for two people seemed very reasonable. Best of all, the issues are now completely fixed. I highly recommend LCOM for their excellent service.

Called with an issue with a leaky filter on my boiler, they fixed it quickly and also noticed an issue with the flue outside so we happily got them to fix that for us too! They were very thorough and friendly throughout. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Just had Lee in to instal radiator in the conservatory and carry out our yearly gas/boiler service. First class service as usual. Lee is friendly, very conscious of the property/carpets etc. He chats away, explains what he’s doing and always cleans up after himself. Another 5 star review for this brilliant company
