Kingdom Carpets was recommended by a neighbour, and we are very grateful for the recommendation: our experience of them has been of an exemplary trader with helpful and communicative staff. We were well advised when we visited the showroom, and communications regarding the order - especially when the carpet manufacturer stuffed up - were excellent. The carpet has been fitted today, and this was no easy task given that it's a fourth floor attic conversion with pretty tough access. Blyth, the carpet fitter, gave us advice on carpet care before letting us know he can come back to re-stretch the carpet if it needs this as it settles in the room.

All in all, great service from an established business: we'll be going back there next time we need a carpet!

From early start to finally seeing the end product, Victoria has been super. It has been a wild ride with changes, product discontinuations, and final flooring down. In the end we managed to get super carpet, super service, and boy the person that laid the flooring did a great job. Highly recommend Kingdom Carpets!!!

First time we have used Kingdom Carpets, recommended by our daughter. Friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere, nobody pressuring for a sale. Everyone did their part of the job to the timetable we were given. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Blyth is a first class carpet and vinyl fitter, efficient and professional. He can also hold an excellent and intelligent conversation. I can't praise him enough and hope Kingdom Carpets appreciate what a diamond they have. The young lady who sold me my items should also be praised for her sales skills. I am absolutely delighted with Kingdom Carpets products, the fitting and the price, which was almost half the price of other local competitors.
