Paul first came to take over servicing of my intruder alarm following the death of the original installer. He did a first class job, was reasonably priced and impressed me with his friendly and professional manner. I felt I could trust him. I therefore asked him to do a small electrical job for me and while he was here he changed some light bulbs that I couldn’t do as I am disabled. I would fully recommend him to anyone and hope to give him work in future. He is now my personal “trusted trader”.

We had our linked smoke detectors replaced across all the floors in our house. Kennect Ltd made sure we understood all product features, recycled the old alarms and even gave us tips and hints on what to do with the alarms when decorating. Nothing was too much trouble and the price was fair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone needing smoke alarms, burglar alarms, anything!

Had a couple of small jobs to be done including fitting new external smart sockets, ethernet cabling and fitting new internal sockets. Quick contact to arrange a survey followed up by a quick date to get all the work done. On the day everything went to plan with all the work being done quickly and any mess being tidied up. Would definitely recommend Kennect for these type of jobs.

Had Paul undertake an upgrade to an existing alarm system to facilitate WiFi integration and allow for the alarm to be monitored and set and unset using an app.

Work was undertaken to a high standard and the use of the mobile app was clearly explained by Paul.

Paul fitted a multi camera CCTV system for me. From the initial quote to the install and after sales service - everything has been top drawer. Site visit and system requirements discussion were carried out just a short time after my initial contact. Quote came through not long after and the price seemed fair to me so I was booked in.
