James and his team repaired part of the roof reaching one side of the ridge and re-slated around the skylight.
The proper slates were used to correspond with the age of the house and the lead work finish excellent.

we had a badly leaking roof at our rental property and James was suggested by
our letting agent. James came out within 24hrs and did a full inspection of the roof
and took pictures so I could see the damage myself.
On seeing the damage we decided to replace the full roof, including a new
membrane and timber batons.
Although the weather was awful and caused some delays, which was no-one's
fault, James kept us fully informed throughout the process.
The new roof looks fantastic, and James even sorted out the ill-fitting guttering
which wasn't draining at all well.
James and the lads were courteous, friendly, tidy and did a great job.

James and his team did a great job. They replaced our old cement verge, which was unsafe, with a uPVC one. All soffits, fascias and gutters were removed and replaced with maintenance free uPVC. All rubbish was removed and the site was left clean and tidy. A couple of weeks later we also got our cladding replaced by James. He was very accommodating to fitting this around us getting a door and window replaced.

Kept up to date with deliveries, progress and when the job would be carried out. James always turned up when he said he would.

Would definitely recommend.

Whole roof was retiled back in September. Most of work carried out whilst we were away. Due to weather it took a day longer than planned but job was done in a week! Amazing.

We discovered a leak in our bedroom ceiling and contacted James Wilson to ask if he could help. He visited property a few days later to assess the roof. He explained the issues to us without using technical jargon and also used photos to help us understand the problem. We were provided with a quote soon after and agreed to proceed with the repairs.
James carried out the work the following week and again used photos to show the areas being repaired and the finished job.
During all interactions with James (phone, email and face to face), he was polite and professional. All in all a great experience from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and will use him again should we experience any roofing problems in the future.

Repairing the roof and replacing dry verges following work done by bogus workmen and replacing the guttering on the roof of our extension.
On his initial visit, Mr Wilson went onto the roof to see for himself what was required to be done. There, he saw one job that needed immediate attention and completed emergency repairs straightaway.
On completion of the work we discovered a couple of areas that needed a little more attention. We emailed Mr Wilson and within two hours he was at our home to fix the problems.
Mr Wilson was concerned that we should be 100% delighted with the work he had done.

James replaced the old tatty wooden facias and soffits on our house with upvc as well as installing new gutters and down pipes which gave the house a much needed face lift. James was very professional throughout and work was carried out quickly with minimal disruption.

Removed chimney x 2 - repaired broken/ loose tiles- fitted vents in roof and replaced old lead and valleys.

Prompt service, took photos of work which was required and explained in detail the work to be carried out. Gave excellent advice on maintaining the roof, even parts where no work was required. Worked non stop and completed the work in time. No mess left, in fact my drive was tidier than when he started.

Contacted Mr Wilson and asked him for roof repair quote... He came round to my property and had a look at roof and then came back later with a quote. I then decided to go ahead and have my entire roof replaced with a new one, instead of a repair, at a price of almost £5000.

The scaffolding went up, at front and back of my property, on the following Friday afternoon and work began on the Monday morning. The job was completed the following Tuesday and i am very happy with my new roof! It looks fabulous and makes a huge difference to my property. I paid Mr Wilson after job was completed and was given a 20 year guarantee too...

James & his guys came to replace all of my old cast guttering & old facias/soffits. He provided a thorough quote with a very fair price & kept me informed as to when it would be done.
