Arrived on time, worked solid to get roof water tight and completed proper roof on summerhouse to a high degree of finish. Looks great and finishing all round perfect. I contacted JMR Roofing as my gutter downpipe was overflowing during heavy rain fall. They attended and quickly identified the issue and sorted the blockage at bottom of downpipe which was causing the problem. Mark and the team did a great job fully explaining problem and give me some great advice. I had 2 sections of roof with storm damage after the recent gales we've had. Mark and his team came and sorted our missing and damaged roof slates. Not only that, but cleaned the downpipe rain guards build up and checked over the whole roof for other possible damage. Great job done and again friendly and efficient service. I called JMR after the company who did my roofline recently said that my roof was not in a great condition. I was expecting the worst in terms of a large job and huge cost but Mark from JMR came along and had a look. He reassured me that my roof still has a few years life yet and he fixed a a single cracked tile quickly and cheaply.

Brilliant company who did a great job on our roof. Our neglected 19th century gatehouse had a host of problems but Mark and the team dealt with everything superbly and consistently went the extra mile. We needed scotch slates replaced, flashing round chimneys re-done, chimney stack repointed and valleys replaced. Reliable, competent, knowledgeable, honest - perfect tradespeople. Can't recommend enough.

The cast iron gutters on our property were reported as needing to be completely replaced due to corrosion - there had been reports of water ingress into the property as a result. Mark completed a full check on the gutters and identified the problem to a previous repair by workmen that hadn't used the right parts or sealed them correctly. As a result the repair required only a few sections of gutters to be renewed.
Mark and his team arrived exactly as planned and completed all the work safely and quickly. There was no mess to clear up. Mark explained clearly what the work plan was.
I have used JMR Roofing for other jobs in the past including a complete new roof, UPVC facias and gutters on another property. I have no hesitation in recommending JMR Roofing Scotland - they are the company I always contact first for roof repairs.

Mark and his team have done a few jobs for us now and we would not hesitate to use them again and we have also passed their details on to our friends. Mark is very honest, reliable and really good at explaining what is required and how the job will be done. More importantly, he is really good at his job. Great, honest prices as well. It's very difficult these days to get a good, reliable, and honest roofer who does a great job, but these guys fit that bill. Believe me, I have been let down by so many supposed roofers in the past but this team will live up to all your expectations. They certainly have mine!!! Water leak in loft .

Jmr Roofing was contacted due to water dripping onto loft wall and rafter after a heavy rainfall. A prompt visit by the owner of the business, Mark Tucker, observed the problem and instantly explained what had gone wrong. Without delay work was carried out on the roof. I am happy and confident that the repair is done to a high standard. What's more, I am impressed by Mark's work ethic and his commitment to customer care. His " Want to attitude " shows an important quality that any client would recognise, and appreciate, in search for good workmanship in a tradesman.

I had a complete roof replacement, comprising of roof, dormer, all facias and guttering.
JMR roofing ( Mark and his brilliant team) were outstanding from start to finish, and I would recommend them without hesitation. The quality of the workmanship and materials for the roof replacement was in my opinion excellent, done within the time frame agreed and with value second to none.
Halfway thro, Problems occurred, due to me changing my mind regarding roof verges and in no way the fault of Mark. He took these changes in his stride and still completed the work within the same time and cost !
Apart from the above, Mark is genuinely a nice bloke ! Very helpful and literally bends over backwards to help in any way he can. Totally trustworthy and reliable. This also applies to his family based team and again I would genuinely recommend them for any roof work required.

I own a hotel and had an ongoing leak in a bedroom which only, leaked when the wind was in a certain direction. Other tradesman had looked at it, one told me it was from an overhead water tank, another said it was because my back wall needed pointing and so it went on, for five years we couldn’t get to the bottom of it. It took Mark half an hour with a hose pipe to figure it out. Water was entering the building across a gurda on the fire escape, it was as simple as that, he fixed it and I’ve never had a problem since. Now Mark is my “turn to” tradesman he’s like the fourth emergency service. Mark turns up when he says he will, he’s reliable, reasonably priced but above all else I trust Mark implicitly and have no hesitation in recommending him.

We had a leak where water was pouring into our integral garge. We initially suspected that this was coming from the roof. Mark came and assessed the job the day after we called him and carried out the initial work promptly and to a high standard. Unfortunately the roof proved not to be teh source of the leak and Mark tenaciously carried on with the job until the source was found (asking for no extra payment). The source turned out to be a window frame that had not been correctly sealed by the builder. If it had not been for Mark's hard work it would have taken much longer to find and resolve the problem. We found Mark to be extremely hard working and relaible always turning up when he said he would and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark and have dne so on several occasions.

Never having replaced a roof before, we approached this process with a bit of trepidation.
We obtained a number of quotes from local companies. Most were slightly cheaper than JMR, but we chose JMR, as we were impressed with their openness and professional approach.
And pleased we did.
This was a first class job, completed to schedule.
